No staff on site but called the phone number and went to the main location. The gentlemen was very helpful, even went a fixed something in our unit after he got off work. Thank cube smart.

There were no problems at signup, billing, or completion of the rental. Also, there were never any security issues. I used the unit for about 9 months.
