Ron cleaned the machine, checked it out, toner needed a good shake and replaced. While Ron did not sell the toner cartidge, he pointed me in the right direction. No charge. “Went in for a cell phone repair for a cracked screen. Despite it being a busy Monday, the staff were incredibly polite, patient, and got the repair done same day. They explained procedures, policies, and recommendations clearly. Overall excellent experience, and a top quality repair job.
My only recommendation to other customers is, even if your phone insurance provider doesn't say to, go ahead and call the store ahead of time to verify parts availability. Wasn't a problem for me, but always good to just in case.”
