“I had two CD players serviced with excellent results. The service was great, with good communication and very reasonable pricing. They were even kind enough to deliver the repaired product to my home. One note is that the store photo of the location on Google map is a bit inaccurate (at least as of July 2023). It is close by so simply call the shop if uncertain. I'm happy to recommend and will certainly be using their services again whenever needed.”
“iTouch Repair repaired my iPhone with a quality LED screen. I was skeptical at first because of my earlier experience with an earlier iPhone with other repair places. The screen I have from iTouch is only slightly off the original Apple screen. I don't think an Apple screen would have been better and for 50% off the price, I am very happy. iTouch were very responsive, calling me right away to confirm my appointment. The repair itself was painless; it was done in under an hour and there's shopping at Whole Foods across the street so I got to use my time efficiently. Quality, convenience, and professionalism. I checked the net for cell phone repairs and found Alibaba in Centreville. I drive by this place all the time and finally stopped by with my phone for repair. I can see why this place has so many good reviews. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. He recommended staying with a Samsung screen. It seems like he is open every day of the week which is very good to know. I dropped my phone off and picked it up in a few hours. The cost was reasonable.
