These folks are probably one of the best experts in hardware...I have exotic cars and I had a issue with many nuts and bolts ?, These folks are amazing in their knowledge and their trainees...please keep up the good work you all deserve 5 stars...A+ in every aspect...

I enjoy the longer hours now that it is an ACE Hardware. The store still has that small town h as hardware store feel. Customer service is outstanding!

I needed a specific product and had never been there before. I am well aware that a befuddled blonde woman is pretty much the devil incarnate at a hardware store. But the staff was polite and helpful, without being patronising. Much appreciated. And I found what I needed. Bonus.

So sad that J.E. Rice is no more. June 2023 sale to Pitkins Hardware. Nice gesture: renamed " Rice Hardware." Past years : Unbeatable service, excellent products selections, clean and neat store. I've shopped here since 1990. This week, 'bought $75 worth of yard and home items, enjoyed friendly talk and some recollecting with swim team days with Steve Rice.

This is the store you wantPersonalized service was met at the door with help and courteousness. Never had this at any hardware store I've ever been too the gentleman took his time and worked with me through my problems with knowledge that I knew I wouldn't get at home Depot. If you're in the area and you need something come here immediately
