I would give this place zero stars if I could. The guy, Navi, seriously needs to work on his attitude. Extremely rude, impertinent, and downright unprofessional in the way he deals with customers. Absolutely not recommended!

Don't go to this place to get your state inspection. They will charge extra fee and that wasn’t need to do it

I called ahead to ask how long the wait for an inspection would be. I was told 20 minutes so I came in. There is a big sign in front of the garage that says Inspections that made it seem like I should go there for an inspection. The man in the garage came out and told me I can’t park there and that I should park somewhere else and go inside to see about an inspection - I’d guess that he encounters this often so he seemed understandably upset. I park somewhere else and go inside and spoke to the person who I assume I spoke to on the phone. I ask about the wait time and he tells me to go wait in a line of parked cars outside - when I go back outside and see the line he indicated it was clear that this would be longer than the 20 minutes originally indicated so I left.

Crew here has always given me clear instructions and options with advice on a service I take any number of my vehicles in to be worked on. Management is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and communicative to any questions I have as well as running a great team. Thank you guys!

This place is a huge rip off they have 1.5 stars for a reason. Failed inspection gave me a bill over 1,000.00 I told them they was liars and that I will go get inspected someplace else. They still tried to strong arm me into getting repairs done with them by saying it's failed in the system repairs have to be done. I told them BS. I went down the street did have to pay 25 dollars for a light bulb but $25 to over $1,000 is one heck of a difference and then to lie about having to get the work done no matter what because it was in the system. Then offered 350 off. As if they was giving me a deal. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NO GO HERE UNLESS YOUR JUST LOOKING TO GET RIPPED OFF. Would like to give negative stars but cannot

Fast inspectors, great service manager, have used them for years. They have made quick adjustments in the past as a courtesy.

actually less than zero stars. failed my safety inspection for a bunch of stupid and fraudulent reasons. was told needed new exhaust. inspected at another location and nothing was wrong. saw it with my own eyes. advise me auto work at this location. I am boycotting. stay far AWAY.

Avoid this place. I brought my car for safety inspection, they failed the inspection on things that's were not broken or failures and said it would cost $600 to fix. I took my car to another place the next morning and it passed inspection. The tech at the second place said there were no issues that the Shell tech (Orlando) said failed. Shell tried to scam and cheat me with $600 fix offer, it didn't work. Everyone should stay away from this place if they don't want to be scammed.

Stay away from this place, went there for inspection, the mechanic Orlando, extremely rude and he doesn’t what he’s doing or talking about, took my car to another place pass emission inspection no problems they lost a loyal costumer!!!Services: Auto emissions testing

This station is ripping people off. I took my Sonata to them last month for a inspection. They failed it saying the right light strip cover on the right side view mirror was cracked. All the lights worked when the blinker was on. So how is this a safety issue? There was a less than quarter inch crack in a corner on the plastic cover that's been there for over 6-7 years, and they failed it. It did not obstruct the lights from working in any way. My advice would be don't go there. Find reputable station to do your car inspections.

I will never take my car here again. First I was told I needed a muffler. Okay was charging me $600. I said I would check around first I had to call back and ask which muffler I needed. The rudest older guy was there and no help. I called the person on the receiptJason, I asked which muffler did I need and he told me my car only had one. Now I'm confused because on line it shows two. So of course I ordered the wrong one. Second I fixed my car and called and Jason answered and I asked if I needed the paperwork he gave me and he said no. Okay great I didn't have to run home. I said I was on my way and I was only 10 minutes away. Got there and was told by the inspector I'm not taking any more cars. What I just called and spoke with Jason. We'll go talk to him and I would have to charge you for a new inspection because it's over 14 days. Today is the 14th day so how is it over. Because if you had your inspection at 9am 14 days ago and 14 days later is now 2, it's late what are you serious! I just left. I will not give this Shell anymore of my money.

Do not take your vehicle to Manassas Shell for inspection. I was rejected, when reading the state inspection requirements for the reason, the inspectors interpretation was incorrect, when I took it back he disagreed so I took it do a different location which passed without any question.

Avoid this business! You regret doing business with them!They endanger you and your family by damaging your car engine parts, not installing bolts and parts removed back in their original places. They were so unprofessional that they were unable to perform a simple part replacement on a very easy car. After wasting my 1.5 working days for something that for lower than average mechanic takes 45 minutes, they finished bullying me by quadruplly charging me of the same service anywhere else being done in professional style.They forced me to buy low quality part and charged more than twice for that, pics attached. They damaged my car. They broke my engine parts. They did not reinstalled removed part back. They lost blots and parts. They are not professional. They spent 1 hour and in a bully manner charged me 5 hours. They stained inside and outside of my car.When I look up definition of "charlatan" i see a lot of similarity to this business.Avoid this business! You regret doing business with them!

This store is really price gouging they Already selling Virginia slims for 1099 a pack when everywhere else is selling them for $8.49 now they're talking about they're gonna raise the prices more I don't know how they're getting away with price gaging this is ridiculous stay away
