Olde Towne Auto Repair is a friendly and pleasant shop where staff are kind, accommodating and efficient. The gentlemen who work there listen to concerns and are thorough. Customers appreciate the fair pricing, straightforward communication and competent mechanics. Waiting areas are comfortable and staff make the experience confident and pleasant even when only one hour remains before closing. The shop handles prepurchase inspections, annual inspections, battery and alternator repairs and major repairs with fair quotes that are often less than the quoted price. The wait time is spot on and the price is very fair. The sweetest dog greets customers and the staff are friendly and pleasant. Many customers will return for future service and consider driving the 1.5 hrs for major repairs. The shop is highly recommend for any major repairs or service.

Would give 10 stars if I could! I had Olde Towne do a prepurchase inspection for a vehicle that I was buying out of state. Bob was very thorough and listened to all my concerns.
