“I had a wonderful experience today! I walked in for an oil change without an appointment, fully expecting to schedule one for next Monday instead. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. He let me know they could fit me in and have me in and out in about an hour, which I really appreciated.
A special thank you to Keith, the head mechanic. He overheard that I didn’t have an appointment and immediately stepped in, saying they would take care of me that same day. That level of kindness and customer service truly stood out. Everyone was professional, honest, and made me feel valued as a customer.

“Absolutely the best and fastest service. Parker and Tony wre very accommodating, helpful, and patient in explaining their team's processes. When Parker and Tony told me to go to Mr. Cees for windshield replacement because they were the best, fastest, and cheapest, they were right. Got my windshield replaced at my home, the next business day for only $312. Safelite quoted over $600! and I had to schedule at their convenience. Thank you so much Paker and Tony!”

“This dealership showed me the utmost of respect and courtesy when buying a used vehicle. While being an employee of a competitor dealership. Zeshan Hayat treated me with the respect and courtesy of a returning customer. Although there was an extended wait for getting to the financial side I was compensated through a free oil change and the promise of a free detail of the vehicle due to the rain that had occurred during the transaction. Also Zeshan made sure that we had plenty of snacks and beverages during our wait which made the wait go by much faster. The last thing was the gift box that was sent to my address after purchasing a vehicle from Lindsay. As an employee from a competitor dealership I can say that this Level of customer service is unmatched from any other experience I have had while buying a vehicle from a dealership. This dealership shows pride in the way they represent themselves and has treated me in a way that makes me want to be a repeat customer even being an employee at a rival dealership I cannot deny that Lindsay’s customer Service is unmatched even by the dealer I work for.”

“I was referred to Jose and his team through Advance Auto Parts just down the street and am I so glad to have found this place! Jose worked on my 2017 Audi Q7 by helping me source the parts online and installed them. Audi wanted me to pay upwards of $8K for the parts and labor, Jose did it for $2K. These guys are competent, honest and professional. I do have to comment one thing about European cars that the check engine light was continued to come back and I had to go back to Audi to get it calibrated properly with Audi-specific software, so this is just the car's computer-specific, nothing to do with Jose and his team. This cannot be done elsewhere but Audi so I still paid $220 for them to do a quick computer check but the labor and parts spent by going with Jose was a fraction of the cost (1/4) from what the dealership was going to charge me.”
