“Staples Printing and Marketing is awesome! I’ve been buying all my cards and invitations here for years. The prices are great, especially during sales and as compared to competitor printing companies. The cards are always ready very quickly, sometimes even same day. The one time the same day cards weren’t able to be on time due to an employee calling out sick, the manager called right away to let me know (it wasn’t a problem anyway).
The cards come with envelopes, which other online companies usually charge extra for. The print quality is excellent for the price. You can upgrade the cards with things like foil, different finishes, or customized envelopes, and have them shipped.
As long as this service remains the same, I will continue being a customer for years to come!”

“They service a small community and know just about everyone - friendly and quick considering they only have two service desks. Elsa and the other lady (sorry I keep forgetting her name) are always doing their best to provide the best customer support. BTW, the close up for one hour between 2 - 3 PM daily for their lunch I believe.”

What is particularly inviting is that when I have walked into the store, I have been greeted, not by name but still, in other places of business, I have been hard-put to find an employee. “I have had to do all sorts of returns as this location over the years and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Recently, I was trying to return a huge table and they helped me get it out of my car and into the store. Then when it turned out the shipping cost would be more than I paid for the table, they helped me put it right back in. It was scorching hot outside too. I really appreciate their service and help!”
