You can always count on AJ at the UPS store on Union Mill Road to help with all your packing needs. I am a regular there and today I brought in a packing box that completely fell apart as I entered the store. He was kind enough to provide unique packing materials for this large item at no cost and even packed it for me!

I live closer to another location, but I will always take the trip to go this specific one. Staff is extremely patient while being kind. Drop-offs are quick and easy. Casey specifically was patient in taking my passport photos. I tend to be picky and she gave me a lot of grace for retakes. I was in and out! Thank you.
