“A few weeks ago I had to visit Manassas for a funeral. I was responsible for having the funeral programs printed and folded but had just lost my grandmother and had no idea what I was doing. The entire staff, but particularly the manager on duty, worked their tails off to help me. They even brought me tissues and comforted me when I couldn’t contain my emotion. There were other customers present and the staff still attended to them and called them by name. They treated me and my family like we were family and I couldn’t have shared my grandmothers story without them. Supreme customer service, all around a fantastic group of people to work with.”

“My sons senior night for football was on a Friday. I ordered big heads from an individual and the quality was awful. I didn’t get the big heads from the individual until Thursday at 9pm. I emailed Jen at the UPS store that night, knowing they were closed. Jen responded to me an hour before they opened on Friday, assuring me that she could help me. She was able to get me all 16 big heads, of 12 different players, by 5pm! She saved the day and helped to make senior night special. Jen was very patient, helped work through picture quality issues and explained the process. The big heads were very well made. I highly recommend this store!!”

“My favorite post office. Nice employees, good service. Note that windows are closed on Saturday (all day) & between 2-3p on weekdays (for employees’ lunch). Does not have self-service machines, so avoid those times. Otherwise, my favorite!”

“Since starting my own business last year, I've been to this location at least 100 times. The staff is always friendly, not just to me but every interaction I've seen. A few months ago they installed a self-service "kiosk" for scanning in your own packages and/or to print labels. This seems to have alleviated lines as I rarely see a line anymore. Further, the team is almost always at or near the self-serve to help and get me in and out super quick. I really appreciate the extra mile this location goes!”
