One of the worst experiences at a truck rental place, R****is one of the worst and rudest service associate that has ever assisted me and I work in customer service and with customers for the past 5 years, he barely explained any of the things for the contract and I had to ask every question and it seems like he was bothered or having a bad day to begin with, won’t come back here again, will rent with Penske and enterprise instead, he also has went off on me because of my age and was angry on young folks because apparently we are shallow minded according to him and that we are idiots, this guy needs to be retrained and needs to know how to work in customer care what a shame!!!, ***if a manager wants to reach out to me feel free because I will reach corporate****

Had a quote for 48 hours and 286 miles. Charged me for the truck and only gave me 24 hours and zero miles. He wrote 48 hrs on the paper.

What a JOKE. I ordered a dolly and a furniture dolly. When i arrived, they only had an appliance dolly. No call or communication regarding what they didn't have in stock. I was stuck with an appliance dolly only. I was on a time crunch and changing gears was not an option. The truck was garbage w/ less than a quarter tank of gas. The attendees had the personality of a wet sock. Didn't even help put the appliance dolly in the truck which is awkward and heavy and not what i ordered. No apologies for their incompetence and terrible service whatsoever. Don't ever choose this dump for your moving needs. If youre that miserable at your job, do the world a favor and quit.
Update: The location they gave me to drop off truck in SC was no longer there.

We rented a truck and the steering on the vehicle was wonky. The wheel was heavily shaking making it difficult to steer on tight and winding roads. When we called to ask if we could drop it off at a different location because of the safety concern, the employee who answered said “they’d never heard that complaint about that vehicle before” and we either had to drive it to the original drop off location or pay $100 to drop it off at a closer location. Customers shouldn’t have to pay extra money to maintain their safety and the safety of others on the road.

Staff was accommodating and the gentleman who was in charge yesterday was amazing. The younger staff members would probably benefit from improving their attitudes just a bit, but they were still very helpful!

The owner there spoke to me so disrespectfully regarding a moving help discount. I did not get rude nor request his presence. However, being a woman who was spoken to like that, I chose to drive across town for my purchase. The staff was pleasant enough. However, I highly recommend taking your business where it is appreciated. The owner was down right rude and demeaning. I offered to forget the 10% discount I am entitled too, but he still went on.

Yes, this review is only for this location. Unfortunately I was not allowed to park car. I immediately cancelled reservation and went to Penske instead.

The manager is rude. Since they don't allow customers to leave their cars on the lot and tell them to park their vehicles across a very busy highway, I asked if it would be alright for one of his employees to bring me back in the U-Haul since I am handicapped and the manager didn't even want to hear it and kept cutting me off. Very rude. If he worked for me, he would have been let go a long time ago. Vehicle I had was filthy with trash and I had to clean it up before using it.
