Today I’ve been to two different Verizon wireless locations:8410 Sudley rd (Manassas)10042 market cir (Manassas)I was trying to get an upgrade on my phone and in both locations employees could not help me out. At the first location, sudley rd, the employee could not tell me why it’s not letting him upgrade my phone and just said “I don’t know what’s going on with your account”. This is after I had been there 5 days prior for the same reason.I then left to drive to the second location. They called customer service and had me speak to a representative where I was told I would be able to get the upgrade within 15 min- 1hr. I waited the entire hour until it was 7pm. The employee told me she was unable to go through the request and that they don’t do upgrades past 7pm when they close at 8pm. I then left and called by phone the 14385 newbrook dr suite 300 (Chantilly) location and they did not have any openings/appts available because it was close to closing time. I have been on the road since 530pm today and this whole experience was a complete waste of my time and now will have to travel to the airport with a phone that does not charge when I have an upgrade available. It looked to me that they either don’t know what they are doing or are lazy and don’t want to go through the process.Train your employees better! Or have management earning their pay

This review is specifically for the Verizon authorized Victra Store at Market Circle in Manassas, VA. Today was the second time I have walked out of the store. We got two new iPhones and I wanted a little assistance setting them up, so I set up an appointment for11 this morning. I got there a few minutes early and the one guy was helping someone else and said he would get to me shortly. As he walked by me a little while later, I mentioned that I had an appointment - did that matter? He responded "no, it was first come, first serve". He continued helping the other folks as he should. Again, he walked by me, and I asked how long he thought it would be? Response: "A half an hour to 45 minutes and that he was the only one there." At that point I walked out - really - why encourage people to make an appointment if it is meaningless. The previous time I walked out was another instance where I could not get any assistance. Why does Verizon use these jerks??? I would give then zero if it were an option!

The hours are wrong online. We got here at 3pm, and online it said it would be open, but the store was closed from 2:30-3:30. Wouldn't have been a huge deal, but then when it finally opened, the girl at the desk was rude and basically told us she had no way to help us...and just to call Verizon.

1 person working the whole store with multiple customers. Most expensive carrier and can’t hire more people? Why am I in the store waiting 30 minutes for an in store pick up? I did it that way so I wouldn’t have to wait all this time. No one to greet you either.Just realizing this is an authorized retailer. Explains not having enough staff since the retailer wants to make as much money as possible. Terrible experience for the customer though and a bad look for Verizon

Absolute scam. Wouldn't accept return of items even though it was within the 30 day time frame. There a 3rd party retailer so there all about the money. I would avoid doing business here and go with an actual Verizon.

I upgraded my phone online. It was in stock at this particular location meaning it was reserved for pickup by me I thought. I called to see when the order would be ready and I was told an hour. No call not text so I called later that day and got the run around. Apparently my order was sold to a walk in customer. Bad customer service!

You need more Preston’s as one is not enough. He juggled all the tasks of being a one man show with lots of people coming in all day long with confidence that shows his expertise. I felt well taken care of and he took the time to explain everything to each person he encountered while I was there for an hour and a half. I’ve never gotten better customer service anywhere. I would recommend going there as long as Preston is working.

Ly at the Manassas, VA (Market Circle/Hastings) store is the best customer service representative for Verizon I've EVER experienced in my many years with buying from the company! Ly not only sets the bar for overall top-notch service, she should be commended for selling the name and knowing the products & functionality sold there so incredibly well. Opposite of the person I was auto-transferred to from that store to what seemed to be a call center of sorts with many people working in one room (background noise)-- she didn't even know the Samsung Galaxy Note hadn't been made in some time and was replaced by the S23 Ultra?).

On 7-July I went to the Verizon store at 10042 Market Cir Manassas, VA 20110 to purchase a business phone. After I selected the phones that I wanted. The sales person (Brittany) repeatedly asked me for my personal information including my social security number and my Verizon account password. She appeared to be having some technical issues and was in phone contact with her help desk numerous times. This went on for 3 hours. I finally gave up on the purchase and left the store. Only too called back by Brittany who stated that she was now able to put the transaction through. She lied. When I returned to the store she still was unable to process the sale. She also told me that I could not leave the store with the phones. After 3.5 grueling hours I told her to cancel the transaction. On 10-July I went to a T-Mobile store and purchased my phones. A few days later I got a cell phone bill from Verizon; which I thought was my final bill. Paid it promptly without noticing that the bill was not my final bill. Turns out the bill was for the two phones that I tried to purchase on 7-July. Verizon has been sending a monthly bill for $136.00 for two phones that I am not in possession of. I left the store without the phones. I have talked to Verizon customer service on the phone on three different occasion. They told me that there is nothing they can do over the phone to terminate. They told me that I had to go back to the store to cancel the sale that Brittany told me that she could not process. I took off from work and went back to the store to settle this problem. To no avail the Customer agent on duty put in a call to the store manager who stated that I had to come back again, and work with Brittany to cancel the transaction.Since I had to resolution from Brittany I plan to take off from work again and try to resolve this matter in small claims court. I need to be reimbursed $136.00 and have my name removed from this account.
