“My 6-month-old puppy has been struggling with a respiratory infection, and after two disappointing experiences at other clinics, I was looking for a second opinion. From the moment I called Prince William Animal Hospital, I was impressed. The front desk staff listened to my concerns, validated how worried I was about my puppy, and was able to get us in the same day. My visit was great from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered (Ashtyn, Gillian, Dawn, Brooke, Dezirae, and Dr. Gordon) introduced themselves to both me and my puppy. It may seem like a small gesture, but after noticing the lack of that personal touch at other clinics, it really stood out. They also interacted with my pup, gave him tons of snuggles, and seemed genuinely happy to meet him. He is a 6-month-old giant-breed puppy and is objectively pretty adorable, so it was surprising when staff barely acknowledged him at other clinics. At Prince William Animal Hospital, I immediately felt like they saw him as a pet and family member, not just another patient on the schedule. Ashtyn spent a ton of time going over my puppy’s history and listening to all of my concerns, and Dr. Gordon ultimately mapped out a comprehensive plan to get him back to 100%. I left feeling grateful that we finally had a clear path forward. After visiting multiple veterinary clinics in the area, I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable Prince William Animal Hospital’s pricing was. I especially appreciated the new-client goody bag! Again, it may seem like a small thing, but it made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. At other clinics, I’ve felt like taking on a new patient was an inconvenience, but the experience with PWAH could not have been more different. I completely agree with the other reviews that mention being treated like family. The level of care, kindness, and personal attention truly exceeded my expectations. I am so happy to have found Prince William Animal Hospital and feel incredibly relieved to have a practice I can trust going forward!”

“The waitlist and drive was worth it. It took months to get my sweet senior dog, Roxy, in for dental [gingival hyperplasia] surgery. And I could see why: Anicira provided excellent communication pre-appt. We were greeted by very organized system with warm, intelligent, staff members. Clinic is clean and bright. Kind doctor called post-op to discuss. Our regular vet quoted 5K+ for our procedure. Anicira charged much less - amazing - and provided wonderful, quality care. We are VERY grateful. Thank You!”

“Our family would highly recommend PetCentre animal hospital in Manassas, Virginia. We were in urgent need of medical care for our dog, Wrennie. The initial call into the hospital was answered by an amazing and caring woman named Colleen. Can’t say enough about her! And it gets better. We were immediately seen upon arrival by Dr. Hanna Maskalkova. She diagnosed the condition and reassured us that all would be okay. Again, it gets better. Dr. Oleg Khomutets at this point takes over and performs oral surgery on our Wrennie. The husband and wife team were sympathetic, reassuring, and welcoming. They are amazing doctors of veterinary medicine and we are so grateful for their exceptional care. The entire team at PetCentre animal Hospital exceeded expectations with their kindness and professionalism. They will always come highly recommended. They treated us like family.”

“After visiting a few different vets, Southside Animal Hospital is the one that was able to diagnose and help my pup! He had been vomiting and losing weight. The first few veterinarians just wanted to change his food to a prescription diet. I knew it was deeper than that. He has been diagnosed with mega esophagus, which really is not curable However, it is manageable! I am beyond grateful for Dr Morrow and the staff. They are amazing, patient and truly caring. I recommend them to all of my family and friends!!”

“I love banfield and have both my dogs care done here but do I wish the cost of the banfield insurance was less. It’s almost 200 for two dogs and I don’t take them but for their check ups and dental cleaning. In this economy that’s a pretty penny every month.”
