“So far I have had nothing but great experiences at this banfield location. :) Rosie and Nick were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to me. I called early one morning SO stressed with a sick doggie. No one likes cleaning up explosive diarrhea off walls and carpet for four hours . Not to mention the dog needed to go out every five seconds to do more. I called and in panic explained the situation fearful it was giardia again. They said my dog could be seen with drop off and when drs had time to check over her they would. So thankful they were able to do so and they had the rapid test so no need to wait 48 hours for results for giardia as my other previous vet. I also learned so much about the wellness plan. I wish I had done this with my last two dogs after spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on them Both. Nicks calming positive voice on the phone even though I was extremely stressed was the best …his calm demeanor was much appreciated ! And Rosie was awesome as well took the time to explain everything regarding the wellness and such an awesome thing banfield offers to folks and their dogs. The dr I spoke to was nice and informative and appreciated him.
It doesn’t seem like “just a paycheck” to them. They genuinely care and want what’s best for your pet.

“I visited Anicira twice: once for my dog’s dental surgery (4 October 2025) and the other occasion for major mass removal from her torso (4 February 2026).
I was impressed by Anicira’s pre-op, operative, and post-op care. Thankfully, my dog recovered well, especially after her mass removal, which required a 12-inch incision and numerous sutures.

“My 18 year old doxie mix passed away in his sleep on a Saturday night and I reached out to Village Vet Clinic because thankfully they were open on Sunday. They were super caring and attentive and the cremation was completed in less than a week. His remains were packaged very nicely in a small wooden urn with a plaque with his name and the staff was so kind when I picked them up today.
I really appreciate the respect and kindness I received at the facility in my time of grieving.”

“Our 17 year old dog was really struggling so we took him in yesterday, fearing the worst. Of course, an hour or so before our appt., the dog showed new signs of life & was was running everywhere. Spoiler alert: We brought him home. We consulted with Dr. Burbrink upon arrival. She was unbelievable. She came in, sat with us, told us that we can expect many more ups and downs, then examined our dog and gave him some meds for muscles and for pain. He seems to be doing much better. We know we're only buying time, but it's important time. Dr. Burbrink was so kind, so understanding, so patient. she took the time to explain to us what was going on with him and the intended goal of the treatment plan. She got down on the floor to examine him and was so nice to him. He doesn't always tolerate people, but she was great and the dog was nice to her. But I really wanted to post a review because she really was just exceptional.”

“When my cat suddenly started losing hair, throwing up, and stopped eating, I was panicking and convinced I was about to lose her. Dr. Adesso made time for us on short notice when I was extremely worried.
Fast forward to now: my cat is alive, eating, her hair has grown back, and she is back to her regular old self. Dr. Adesso truly turned things around and got her back to being herself again.
I will forever be grateful. If your pet is sick, scared, or acting weird, this is exactly who you want caring for them. I would trust her with my cat, my dog, and probably my emotional wellbeing too. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone who loves their pet like a child.”

My two cats get stressed out by the car ride but after all the love and treats and petting from the staff and vet techs they are ready to have their annual exams and vaccines, no problem.
They are absolutely spoiled with toys and catnip by the end of the appointment and I love that the staff gets me checked out in the exam room so I dont have to juggle payment with two carriers and the stress of whatever other patients might be coming and goin in the waiting area.”
