“The waitlist and drive was worth it. It took months to get my sweet senior dog, Roxy, in for dental [gingival hyperplasia] surgery. And I could see why: Anicira provided excellent communication pre-appt. We were greeted by very organized system with warm, intelligent, staff members. Clinic is clean and bright. Kind doctor called post-op to discuss. Our regular vet quoted 5K+ for our procedure. Anicira charged much less - amazing - and provided wonderful, quality care. We are VERY grateful. Thank You!”

“My 6-month-old puppy has been struggling with a respiratory infection, and after two disappointing experiences at other clinics, I was looking for a second opinion. From the moment I called Prince William Animal Hospital, I was impressed. The front desk staff listened to my concerns, validated how worried I was about my puppy, and was able to get us in the same day. My visit was great from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered (Ashtyn, Gillian, Dawn, Brooke, Dezirae, and Dr. Gordon) introduced themselves to both me and my puppy. It may seem like a small gesture, but after noticing the lack of that personal touch at other clinics, it really stood out. They also interacted with my pup, gave him tons of snuggles, and seemed genuinely happy to meet him. He is a 6-month-old giant-breed puppy and is objectively pretty adorable, so it was surprising when staff barely acknowledged him at other clinics. At Prince William Animal Hospital, I immediately felt like they saw him as a pet and family member, not just another patient on the schedule. Ashtyn spent a ton of time going over my puppy’s history and listening to all of my concerns, and Dr. Gordon ultimately mapped out a comprehensive plan to get him back to 100%. I left feeling grateful that we finally had a clear path forward. After visiting multiple veterinary clinics in the area, I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable Prince William Animal Hospital’s pricing was. I especially appreciated the new-client goody bag! Again, it may seem like a small thing, but it made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. At other clinics, I’ve felt like taking on a new patient was an inconvenience, but the experience with PWAH could not have been more different. I completely agree with the other reviews that mention being treated like family. The level of care, kindness, and personal attention truly exceeded my expectations. I am so happy to have found Prince William Animal Hospital and feel incredibly relieved to have a practice I can trust going forward!”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Crossroads Animal Care Center and their incredible staff. We are new to the area and weren’t sure where to start, so we called about nine different veterinary offices before reaching out to Crossroads. From the very first phone call, everyone was so kind and pleasant, and they made sure our urgent concern for our pup was taken seriously. They did everything they could to accommodate us and were able to squeeze us in for an urgent care evaluation. They then scheduled our girl’s surgery just two days later. One of the things that really stood out to us is their beautiful outdoor area, which they use for dogs who are terrified of being inside a veterinary office. Our dog is extremely anxious at the vet, and they were so thoughtful about her needs. We were able to have her assessment, vaccines, and blood draw done outside, where she felt much more comfortable. The staff was patient, kind, caring, and genuinely compassionate throughout the entire process. Every bit of information they provided was clear, thoroughly explained, written down for us, and communicated every step of the way. During our surgical visit, the staff took the time to educate us about the procedure, offered comfort and support, and called us with updates throughout the day. Knowing our baby girl was being cared for and receiving updates gave us so much peace of mind. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and easy to get to, but it was truly the people who made this experience so exceptional. At the end of our visit, they even gave our girl a toy, and she absolutely loves her toys! It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture and honestly made our day. Everyone we interacted with was amazing, but I especially have to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany, one of the nurses. She made this entire process feel so much smoother, cared for our pup as if she were her own, and was simply an amazing person. We are so grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed our girl and our family. Thank you so much to Crossroads Animal Care Center and your entire staff for giving us such an exceptional experience. You have officially gained customers for life, and we will never go anywhere else for our fur babies. I would give 10 stars if I could!”

“Our 17 year old dog was really struggling so we took him in yesterday, fearing the worst. Of course, an hour or so before our appt., the dog showed new signs of life & was was running everywhere. Spoiler alert: We brought him home. We consulted with Dr. Burbrink upon arrival. She was unbelievable. She came in, sat with us, told us that we can expect many more ups and downs, then examined our dog and gave him some meds for muscles and for pain. He seems to be doing much better. We know we're only buying time, but it's important time. Dr. Burbrink was so kind, so understanding, so patient. she took the time to explain to us what was going on with him and the intended goal of the treatment plan. She got down on the floor to examine him and was so nice to him. He doesn't always tolerate people, but she was great and the dog was nice to her. But I really wanted to post a review because she really was just exceptional.”

The vets and techs at Sully made me feel better about his treatment than anyone else. They did his removal and were very helpful and compassionate with his care.
