They only had 2 of the 4 computers being used... Two employees on a busy day/time is a recipe for having a line out the door - which is what happened. Staff was good - just needed additional employees scheduled!?

We have 2-lines of credit with Wells Fargo, but that wasn't good enough for them when we needed to cash in some savings bonds. Worst customer service ever. Both accounts will be canceled and we will never do business with these jerks again.

The most inconvenient bank. They have policies that make little to no sense at all, the staff is rude and barely understand the reasoning behind their own policies. I would suggest a credit union than making any type of checking/savings account here.
