“I love Rue 21. I had to add the business to review it, which I found odd, as it is in the Manassas Mall. Great prices and great clearance selections too! Cool shoes! Womens and mens clothing. It's a hip type of clothing. We hit the sales on Wednesday, 2 days before Black Friday and they had but a sweater, get one free! And they were nice sweaters! Wow. Usually, I visit the one in the Fashion Square Mall in Charlottesville, but glad to know this one is closer to me. Great store.”

“I was very happy to walk in today and see new staff!!!! I never felt welcomed, they old staff didn't greet us, never did they ask if you needed help, not even said thank you. If you had to ask for assistance they acted as if I was bothering them. But TODAY the 2 young ladies were very pleasant & helpful, that can make all the difference in wether I shop a store or not.”

“Great team at Manassas location with a wardrobe consultant, after all those hours spent online for a beach wedding attire, I walked in And was out in an hour with perfect stuff with the help of the staff. Forgot the name but it was a well dressed gentleman who grew up in Dominican Republic.”
“I worked here for less than a year. Though I cannot speak personally for the behaviors of the workers as i no longer work there, I do request anyone reading- clean after yourselves. Shoes, clothing, dresses, anything. Be responsible of yourself and your family, and to anyone saying "it's your job to clean up after us, why should I do your job?", I say this- Bro. If I were to walk into your house for a party and tripped on your Jordan's or your fancy plates and said "sorry, I'm just a guest :3", what would you do?
I have seen clothes scattered all over the floors and fitting rooms. Whatever you bring in the fitting rooms, you must bring out on their hangers. If you're browsing for clothes, please put them back on the racks on their hangers. Don't leave them on the floor or on top of the clothing racks. Please keep an eye on your children in the toys section. Don't leave clothes in the fitting room- if they don't fit, bring them back outside and give it to the Attendant or return it to where it came from.
