Suzanne really helped me not only pair clothes for my family of 6 for a photo shoot, and she helped me pair some nice clothes together for myself too. Paired clothes that never would have thought to. Answered every question and just really was extremely helpful. The other lady helped too! (Didn’t catch her name!) they were both so incredibly helpful! I will only shop here from now on knowing this is the incredible customer service I get! Seriously, this busy mama who never has time for herself is just so Happy to have some new outfits to wear finally! Thank you ladies!!!”

“Went to get refitted because I thought my size changed but it turned out I just needed a new (not stretched out) bra in the same size! Molly was EXTREMELY helpful and had a very caring personality. She brought me a bunch of bras to try on without me even having to ask and made sure I found the exact bra I wanted. Highly recommend if you go here to ask for Molly, I can’t say enough good things about her customer service and her knowledge about bras.”

“I really like the layout of the store. Always clean and bright, clothes perfectly displayed, good music. But the service is lacking. I went again this evening - didn't get greeted by anyone at all and when I walked by a worker who was hanging clothes on the floor, I happily said “good evening!” And she looked at me and kept folding clothes- no smile no hey. I almost purchased a few things but left just b/c the entire visit was SO awkward.UPDATE: I recently visited this location to exchange a pair of pants that I bought at Tysons and the saleswomen were great-they helped me find what I was looking for and a few other good deals. They were about to close but they were patient and courteous. I’d like to visit again.”

“The service was beyond great. I am nervous when I am shopping and always needs some guidance when it comes to dressing in nice clothes. Donna was so welcoming and helpful. When we talked to her she said there was a dress she thinks would look good on me and she brought it to me. It was pretty and it helped me feel confident enough to look more at other outfits in the store and try them on. I'll admit shopping for clothes not enjoyable to me, but Donna and the rest of the staff made shopping enjoyable. Thank you ladies for being kind and welcoming, I really needed it.”
