“Came in for the first time a couple days ago not knowing what Duluth was. Come to find out it's a great clothing store with a bunch of opinions I've never seen!! Especially in their underwear section haha!! I ended up getting a pair of their buck naked underwear. Raul was a great help. He told me which ones were the most comfortable because he himself is a buck naked user! I love how the workers also shop at the store! Makes me want to apply!!!!!!! I'll definitely be coming back to buy more clothes!! Hopefully i'll see Raul again because he definitely made my day so much better with how funny he was! “Hot Topic has always been a fun stop for me, lots of stuff to browse through. I needed to make a quick stop in for my Christmas list, and Jeremiah working there was solid, knew what I was looking for, helped me find things quick, didn't mind stopping what he was doing to help me find it. “I love Rue 21. I had to add the business to review it, which I found odd, as it is in the Manassas Mall. Great prices and great clearance selections too! Cool shoes! Womens and mens clothing. It's a hip type of clothing. We hit the sales on Wednesday, 2 days before Black Friday and they had but a sweater, get one free! And they were nice sweaters! Wow. Usually, I visit the one in the Fashion Square Mall in Charlottesville, but glad to know this one is closer to me. Great store.”

“It's sad ?? I arrived on Sunday and today, Monday, I arrived before 1 in the afternoon. As I agreed to meet with the saleswoman, I arrived 30 minutes before they sold me the product. I give it 3 stars because I can't take away 5, they deserve only 3 stars”

“I was very happy to walk in today and see new staff!!!! I never felt welcomed, they old staff didn't greet us, never did they ask if you needed help, not even said thank you. If you had to ask for assistance they acted as if I was bothering them. But TODAY the 2 young ladies were very pleasant & helpful, that can make all the difference in wether I shop a store or not.”

“Five stars for their prices. They really are discounted. I didn’t buy anything the day I stopped by recently, since I was short on time that day and had to be somewhere else. I arrived right after they opened and the store was neat and tidy. This store is a further from my house, I have a Ross closer. Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location.This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores. If you like a good bargain, I recommend checking out Ross. They have name brands and low prices.”
“I went there just to drop off a return to Amazon. I didn't know where the Amazon drop-off is located in the store. The cashier told me where and it only took two minutes. The store is clean and well organized, and it is easy to find things around the store.”
