“I went in looking for some new shoes for my little girl and I. The lady that helped was so nice. She made us feel welcome. She helped my little girl try on so many pairs of shoes and never seemed to get annoyed when she asked to try on yet another pair. She helped me find the perfect pair of sandals for this summer. She listened to what I wanted and liked and immediately started showing me options that would fit my description. We will definitely be coming here for our footwear needs from now on. I just had to ask her name before I left because it was so nice to have such a friendly encounter. She said her name was Heather. I can't thank her enough for her patience and keeping a smile on her face.”
