CVS is a pharmacy and retail store that offers a generally positive customer experience. The pharmacy staff, including a kind young lady and a helpful pharmacist, have gone above and beyond to assist customers with their needs. The store associates, such as Laura, are also known for providing excellent customer service. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the store's hours and staffing issues, which have resulted in delays and a lack of attentiveness.
Needed a gift card and all of the gift cards were visibly on display near the front of the store. When I entered the store I was greeted with a warm hello and smile from the cashier. After selecting my gift card, I was able to purchase it via self checkout and the transaction took less than a minute!
