The pharmacy itself is fine, they usually have meds in stock and have good customer service. However, that really doesn't matter if they are not open during the advertised business hours. It's 815pm and today they close at 9 so why are they already closed I ask. I assume the excuse will be short staffed but the reality is short staffed or not people still need there medications. You can't close just to be closed and because you're short staffed... this has been an ongoing issue at this cvs for years and it really needs to be addressed. Your dealing with people's live and some of these medications are life saving. They really need to buck up at this location.

Trying not to be negative because I understand all the stress of the medical field. But I had been sick stood at the consultation window. 4 pharmacy people no one recognized me so I moved to be more right in front of them. One looked up saw me did not say we'll be with you in a moment. Put her head back down and ignored me. Thankfully I went to the front of the store and Linette was very kind and assisted me with kindness and a smile on her face. I get the stress but why did you become a pharmacist or pharmacy tech? Hopefully it was to help people not ignore them.

Only been sitting here in the Drive-Thru for I'd say 40 minutes. I don't get it. They have two lines for this but they never open the other and also if they're too busy for this then why have it because 40 minutes is an exceptionally long time to wait for your prescriptions for your daughter who just had oral surgery and had a tooth cut out her face. Also this is the second time that we've been here today the first time they weren't ready and we came all the way from the dentists office in Danville. I figured that would be enough time. But it wasn't so I finally get up to the window and they're all ready except for one so... still waiting. They literally said come back at 230. It's 320 and she really needs the meds. This is wild. I wonder if the second line in the drive thru is just hanging out Incase they need spare parts. I suppose they're doing their best?!?! But it's especially frustrating because she's in pain and I have to be at work at six. Hanging in the cvs drive thru isn't how I'd hoped to spend this time. C'mon guys. You can do better.

I wonder why they had to cancel the items I ordered to be picked up at CVS Church Street. Found out when I had sent someone to pick them up and person could only pick one item. I called to inquire about the order and someone pick and put me on hold for hours. On the process of holding and trying to put other things together, my phone fell and shattered. I regretted placing the order.

Constantly mess up Rx's and don't notify patients when they are out of stock. Switching Pharmacies. Don't waste your time. Oh, and a phone call is always a 15 hold...

First and Last time at this store. I rarely have used CVS. We are relatively new to the area. Hospice called meds in for my 91 year old family member. Two drive up lanes. I went to the one furthest from the store. After a few minutes, a voice came over the speaker and said lane two isn’t working. Okay, drive around and get in the lane closest to the store which now has two more cars in line. When my transaction was completed, I told Sherry it would be helpful if they would put up a sign so others like myself knew the lane was closed. Sherry said we had a sign up but the wind blew it down. I suggested they use tape. She rudely said they did use tape. I asked for a supervisor but was told they were about to given an injection. I told Sherry I was relatively new to the area and the only reason hospice called the prescription in the this store was it was a Saturday and they had longer pharmacy hours. I let her know I would be contacting corporate. She shrugged her shoulders and said “You have to do what you have to do.”CVS will never get my business again!!!
