Customers report good experiences, specifically with fast and effective service for battery replacements, where difficult installations are handled as a challenge. The service melts away worries. Many customers state this is the only place they go unless shopping online. A main reason is the rewards program, where purchases accumulate to earn rebate cards that can be used toward anything in the store, with no minimum purchase required, and expired cards are still accepted. The employees are highlighted for excellent customer service, always willing to help. They do not mind using their own phones to search rival stores for products O'Reilly's does not carry, demonstrating a clear commitment to assisting customers.

Needed a new battery. Staff told me about my choices and pros and cons of each one. I picked one and they brought it out to my car and installed it for me. Big relief.
