Petsense by Tractor Supply is a pet store that offers a range of services, including grooming, for customers and their furry companions. The reviews highlight the positive experiences of customers, particularly with the exceptional grooming services provided by Savannah. Customers praise Savannah's attention to detail, thorough work, and the fresh, clean appearance of their pets after her grooming sessions. One reviewer notes that Savannah's work was "the complete opposite" of a subsequent groomer, Megan, who was described as not being kind or friendly to the customers or their dog. The manager, Kevin, was responsive and addressed the concerns about Megan's performance. Overall, the reviews suggest that Petsense is a welcoming and accommodating pet store, with friendly staff who remember and cater to their regular customers. The store's ability to groom even large dogs, such as Great Danes, is particularly appreciated by customers. The wide selection of treats, chews, and snacks also adds to the positive shopping experience. While the majority of the reviews are positive, the incident with Megan highlights the importance of consistent and high-quality customer service, especially in the grooming department. Petsense seems to have addressed this issue, and customers generally express satisfaction with the store and its services, particularly the exemplary work of Savannah.
There is a good selection of supplies for dogs and cats. I thought that, because it is a brick and mortar store, the prices would be higher. I was pleasantly surprised to see that their prices are comparable to Walmart. If you have pet needs, make a point to go to Petsense. All the value without shoulder to shoulder crowds...

Grooming services here are excellent. Savannah is very professional in addition to being extremely kind. She went above and beyond for my fur baby.

Prices are comparable to other pet stores. I did find a bag of dog food 3.00 more than Chewy and this store gave me Chewy price. Staff extremely helpful and nice.
