“I am so grateful for finding P&C Art!! I brought in 2 very old paintings, painted by my grandmother, that were damaged after being shipped from overseas. Nonetheless, I took them in to get framed. Paul did an amazing job of helping me choose the perfect frames and I also unexpectedly met Tony, who is their restoration artist. He kindly offered to fix both my paintings - which I had no idea would ever be possible. I was in shock at how he was able to restore them back to their original condition and varnished them for me as well. The time and effort he put in is more than what I could ask for. They do such beautiful work I could not recommend Tony and the team at P&C more and will only go to them moving forward for all my art and framing needs.”

“I highly recommend printing your photos here. For my husband for Christmas this year, I put together a bunch of photographs from our summer road trip. I had a big frame with a bunch of different sizes that I wanted to fill up, and Hadid did a beautiful job printing all of my pictures to the correct sizes. The quality of the images is outstanding — they look gorgeous. The printing does justice to the beautiful nature photographs that we took . I’ll always print my pictures here from now on. I think I’m going to print and frame some more of my favorite photos to cover a wall in the apartment that is currently rather bare.”

The best part is browsing, that mood of wanting to buy that something special, be it jewelry or an item of home decor either for yourself or someone important in your life. Rusty is knowledgeable and very interesting. If you ask him, he will guide you in the right direction.It is easy to find, just off of King Street, on Lafayette. “We were looking for a non-traditional wedding venue and stumbled on Toolbox’s info. After visiting the space and checking it out we knew it was perfect for the size and scope of our wedding! Alex and Iva (and Cece!) were amazing to work with and gave so many fabulous recommendations for vendors and local connections, which really helped our effort to maintain a budget friendly wedding without sacrificing quality! Cece went above and beyond to provide the most amazing day-of coordination support and kept things moving beautifully, even with some last minute schedule adjustments. Overall we felt so supported, and post-wedding we have gotten nothing but rave reviews from our guests about the venue and overall space as well as the flow of our wedding day. Highly recommend checking out Toolbox for any event hosting needs, but the space was absolutely magical for our wedding. 10/10 would do it again!”

“We had an oil on wood painting from early 1960s that had water damage, chipping/moldy pain, and damaged lacquer. Mr. Pisani fixed the warped/damaged wood panel, expertly matched colors, and refinished lacquer. He was fast, very fairly priced and all around excellent. Highly recommend!”

I believe Wednesday and Friday they have the comedy nights. Close to metro station. Can walk to destination from train stop. Also there a 24 hour diner close by ?? most go!”
