“Honestly, I was happy and grateful they were open during the snow storm we had. I had a low coolant indication so yeah needed that coolant hahaha. The Honest side of them is that they made a sign annotating they were out of ice melt… good to know. I still needed coolant and they had it specifically for my car. After I finished my purchase and small repair… I need my shopping with getting wine and things at the total wine and more next door. So if you are frustrated with your car… don’t worry. You can get some wine and other beverages next door for the work you’re about to turn in on when you get home.”

“Caliber Collision on Farrington Ave in Alexandria, VA did the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage. When I picked it up, it shined like it was new. Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.”

“The salesman Hamid and his team were absolutely wonderful. I saw the car on car gurus. com, from the very beginning Hamid sent me a video of my vehicle. I made my decision to buy the car, my husband and I flew to Virginia we arrived in the evening after work and the next day our salesman came and picked us up at the hotel and brought us right to the car dealership. We test drove the car, signed all the paperwork and were on our way driving back home with our new car. “I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. I got my car back yesterday & I am once again extremely satisfied with the high quality work they did and for their customer service :)

“I just had my car interior detailed and exterior waxed/ cleaned. It was the premium package. After 2/3 years of driving off the lot. Having a child that eats messy in the car, myself always on the go practically living in my car because I’m always on the go. It was probably fries and chips, dust, sticky areas on my leather, and most importantly debris from just our feet. When I telllll you, when I picked up my car It looked and felt like it was the first time picking up my car up from the dealership. Even the exterior was fire. I had to question how did 1 person do all this work. I looked under the seats, in the crevices and nope nothing. I felt so worthy of wanting to give my friends rides and be the one like ok I will pick you guys up lol excellent, excellent service. Very pleased and happy.”
