“I bought a wiper blade for my wife's car and she was unhappy with its performance. I returned and asked to purchase a new one, since I didn't have the receipt from before. Shane told me that he would both replace the wiper blade at no charge and perform the installation. As I departed, he said that if my wife was still unhappy to come back and he would try another type of wiper blade. One seldom encounters customer service at this high level. Congratulations!”

“Edit:I booked an appointment with the service and they transformed the vehicle to pristine condition. Even though the initial condition was not acceptable, they made it right.Original:Pre-sale was great. I waited for weeks to have my car and delivery date kept pushing forward. On the day of delivery, appointments were a joke. But these are OK. The thing that hurt me most is that I received my car with bird dropping stains and scratches. The car was washed but the stains remained and somebody decided to scrape(!) them off, leaving behind many scratches on the hood. The headlight unit was scratched too. That is very disappointing for a brand new car...I asked the sales agent if a discount could be given..he said no. He offered buffing -which will definitely not fix the problem- and replacing the headlight - which is obviously a huge waste of time and money.The only reason why I did not reject the car is that I had to receive it for my tax purposes. Very very disappointing!Wouldn't it be better if Tesla kept the vehicle in pristine condition until delivery?”

“I broke my left side mirror on my Mercedes and took it to Tysons Collision Center. They gave me an estimate, I paid for the parts in advance, they ordered the parts and notified me a week later when they were in and they took less than a day to replace and repair the damage which included the electronic fix of the cameras. they were very pleasant, they kept me informed, they helped with the rental car arrangements and the price was exactly as estimated. very satisfied. they are under new management and their commitment to customer service is evident.”

“My left turn signal fuse and right brake bulbs apparently blew. I took to my mechanic and was informed it was my BCM. That could only be fixed by a Chevy dealer. Great! Lots of money... brought it in and Carlos was my advisor. It wasn't the BCM but wiring. He noted that an aftermarket bulb had caused the issue but I hadn't put one in my turn signal until after it stopped working. I read the reviews and some customers cars were vacuumed but unfortunately, he didn't think enough of me to give that same treatment. Overall, after $1100, my car is back working.”
