I am considering no longer using Capitol one bank. They sent me an email about a letter but I couldn't find it online. Even though a dispute is open with paypall capital one would not still assist me. I've had some other trouble with disputes so I'm probably going to use another account instead of using this as my primary account. Overall I prefer capital one to bank of America or chase but you can't get quarters.

A mistake was made on my bill. Talked to 3 different people. They would not take off the charge. Needless to say, card has found its way to the round file

I have always received good customer service from Capital One and as such only use their credit cards. I wouldn't bother with anyone else. Thank you, Capital One!

Capital One Bank and Cabelas think they are God, just because they have the legal right to do something doesn't always mean that they have an ethical right to punish their customers. For starters I am on disability so I am the richest person, but I try to do the tight thing, so I made the mistake of getting a credit card thru Cabelas which is a Capital One Bank credit card. When I was setting up my first payment to come out if my bank account which I have had for 20 some years, I accidentally clicked on a Closed account and realized the following day and corrected. I called Capitol One and explained what happened and the thanks I got for correcting my mistake before they had a chance to call me and before my payment was late is TO PLACE MY AVAILABLE FUNDS ON A 5 HOLD, SO ONCE MY PAYMENT HAS POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT THEY PUT A 5 DAY HOLD ON MY AVAILABLE FUNDS ETHICAL WRONG. I WILL BE CLOSING THUS ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CABELAS OR BASS PRO SHOPS AGAIN. YOU HAVE CATAGORICLY PLACED ME AS A 2 CLASS CITIZEN. NOT STANDING FOR IT.

Great experience! Parking was well marked, staff was fantastic, venue was intimate and the sound was stellar! We were absolutely surprised by how great our experience was, having never been here before! Tip though, the bottled water was WAY TOO expensive at $6 per regular size plastic bottle.

Would never recommend Capital Auto Finance to anyone for multiple reasons. I have two loans with a very bad experience for each.Im giving one(1) star because zero (0) does not exist on Google Reviews. If only I could pay them off NOW and block them out of my life, I would.

Horrible.They have no way to email them or message them through your account about an issue you are having, Which is a big sign that they are not ' accommodating ' to customers needs.

Having been a customer with capital one for over a decade I am not happy with the service I have received. For the last eight months everytime I’ve tried to use my debit card at the atm the transaction is declined. I then have to wait to receive a text for possible fraud to say, yes it’s me. Once or twice is understandable but every 3 out of 4 transactions is ridiculous. I was just on international travel and had no access to my money via atm. I was on a cruise in the middle of the ocean and had to buy an internet plan just to call to see why I couldn’t access my money. After initially speaking to one of the rudest agents ever I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said I’m not sure why you can’t access it, you have the funds, try again for the fourth time, still no luck. She then suggested that maybe I borrow money from someone and Zelle them. I said no, why in the world should I have to do that when I have the funds. She then asked did I have another banking institution I could use? After a long pause because I couldn’t believe my bank would even ask that question, I told her no because I had capital one and didn’t think I would need another bank. Needless to say I was never able to get cash and had to take cash advances from credit cards and pay higher fees. Once I got home I tried to use the atm again and of course it declined and I had to wait for a text then I was able to get money. I called today and was told unfortunately there was nothing they could do about it so I guess it’s time to find a banking institution I can actually count on.

I have had Capital One Bank for 10+ years, they updated their bill payment system in September 2023 and ever since then all my bills get paid late. One month they are fine the next month 2 or 3 are late. Who ever decided to update the system this was a bad idea. My whole family is having the same issues. I have called several times and we are sorry etc. I really don't want to change banks but I really don' t have an option, I am getting no where on the phone with Capital One Bank:(

Be careful! They are the ultimate scam artists and now they are getting bigger. If you bank with a bank or credit union that does not show all the digits of your account number on your statement Capital One literally will freeze your account. They will go through a list of other items that work. Those are lies. Direct Deposit Form, that is a lie. Letter from bank, that is a lie. First after being on hold for hours so that my bank can verify it the customer service representative from Capitwl One dropped my Credit Union from the call. From that point forward it has been nothing but lies and hassles. I have reached out to my State Congressman, Federal Senators, as well as my Rep from the House of Representatives. After all, if I send them a copy of my bank statement that shows the payments I made to them and they can yell me that it proves nothing, that is horrible. I asked how many people have been forced to close their account. He claimed he didn't remember but reminded me that this was for my benefit. I will pay it off and I will have a car that I cannot use until I die.

I’d rate negative stars if I could. My credit card account got locked because I mistyped my bank account number. My first few automatic payments went through but stopped because they did not type my full bank account number.I provided my full bank account number and began making payments again but my account is still locked. They REFUSED to reopen my account or let me open a new one! That’s absurd! Especially in this economy, people are not getting paid enough and have to rely on credit. I only have ONE credit card with a $500 limit which is NOT enough for me!

Screw Capital one, they do not care about the hardship of their users. They thrive off the sweat, tears and misfortune of their customers. I have been with them for decades, I always make my payments on time. The one time when my autopay was set for a payment, and they raised the payment without me knowing. I get a late fee for the difference in payment.I called them the next day to get it fixed, pay the difference of payment they raised and explain what happened. They turned around and said we ain't waving your late fee. It was an honest mistake, there is a special place in hell for these tyrants.

I am completely disgusted with the lack of care, concern, and competence displayed in resolving this issue. These Travel Rewards points represent my money. Now, my money–and my time–are being held hostage in the name of digital security. Think about that for a second. I have opened the card. I have used the card responsibly. I have amassed the points. –and now that I want to use my hard-earned points, I am being told there is nothing that can be done to override what is obviously aflaw in your system! As the leadership team of this organization, let me pose some questions to you: i.) Does this entire ordeal sound logical?; ii.) Should digital security trump reaping MYrewards?; iii.) If you were in my position, how often would you use the Venture X card, or any other Capital One product, moving forward?; iv.) How many social media platforms would you use toinform people to avoid using Capital One products based on this experience?I want my Travel Rewards points transferred immediately. The clock is ticking on me. I need to purchase these airline tickets soon! I may have already missed the deal I was looking to capture through the transfer of these points. I need this problem resolved immediately! Allow me to transfer my points! In fact, I might be able to better overlook this entire (unnecessary) debacle if I was to receive 100,000 Travel Reward points as an apology for such an inconvenience. This has been aterrible experience. I am appalled.As it stands, I consider Capital One to be an organization unworthy of any business. To be frank, these are thoughts I am willing to broadcast.

The worst bank ever! They can’t guarantee safety for your money. I’ve hade fraud situation. And I needed to call minimum 3 times and wait for 5 days just to initiate whole process. Imagine someone steal money from your bank and then you are alone through the whole process.
