I don’t know if they have new procedures or Fareeha felt like keeping me wait to call and confirm with my employer if he has written me a check after taking social security and 2 forms of ID.

See why this place has 2.7 stars, went here to ask a few questions. No clear answers and rude like I was bothering him on break or something. If you bank with Cap One like me stay away from this location the employees do not want to help you at all. Seriously disappointed that their headquarters is right down the street and they let this branch exist like this, changes are needed. This company is going down hill, looking into switch banks after 18 years.

Fast and competent service on a Saturday morning. I was able to make a deposit and also handle a more complex matter with a teller who was very helpful.
The branch was very quiet, just two tellers. And only me and one other customer in the 10 minutes I was there.

Absolute scam artists. They’ll let you pay off a credit card and then they’ll sneak in something extra, hit you with fees on a closed account, and when you discover the closed account isn’t closed, they’ll dispassionately say there’s nothing they can do. Well there’s something I can do. I’ll never do business with them again, AND I’ll tell every one I know Capital One is a scam. What’s in my wallet? Not a Capital One Card, EVER!

This branch provides a disappointing customer service experience. The staff, including the greeter and teller, were unhelpful and unwilling to take the time to explain or assist with my needs. I recommend avoiding this location, as it does not meet basic customer service standards.

Never seen a bank refuse to let me withdraw my own money. Are these guys in trouble? Extremely disappointed with Capital One. Stopped me from sending a wire two times under the guise of managing risk. I will be closing my account and moving my business elsewhere. I hope I can get my funds out though.

Alex, the teller, was very pleasant and helpful. The use of tech to scan your DL and pull your account info is very secure and fast.

HORRIBLE customer service! I was in the area for a business meeting and stopped to use their ATM beforehand. As a customer who just drove four hours straight I asked to use their restroom but they said the restroom was for employees only! I was dumbfounded after reminding her that I am a customer who banks with them. It’s not like this location is in the ghetto and they get a lot of random walk-ins… We will be closing all accounts with Capitol One. Great job! ??

FIX YOUR ATM!! Slow like it's 1999, won't take cash, won't give cash, and EATS money - then won't register. What is the point?!!! Should one be calling the police, that's theft!!

I went there to get a cashier’s check for car purchase and it was super smooth. I got it within 20 minutes. Everybody is super nice and it was great experience.
