Horrible experience. I almost lost it. This guy Carlos R is extremely rude. He needs to be transferred somewhere else. The fact that he is still working there after too many reviews is questionable...

Your employee Carlos was very rude and had an attitude. I was quite shocked at how unprofessionally he was acting. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location in the future.
