I like this store but the employees never asked me how I am doing and I had to go to someone to obtain an item. Despite the lukewarm customer service they do have variety in kitchenware and I was impressed by their glassware.

It’s baffling to walk into Crate & Barrel at Tysons and see sales associates so disengaged. How exactly do you expect to make a sale if you don’t interact with the people standing right in front of you?
