When I called Jacob said he had one and I asked if they could hold it for me till my day off on Saturday and they did. When I got there Shakyra checked me in and said it would probably take two to three hours so I decided to go back home. Couldn't believe it when I got an email in about an hour that it was done. Very, very happy with their service! Recommend them highly! Be aware that if you get one of these notices from Google about your phone you need to check with the repair shop first to see if they have one and make an appointment!”

“The gentlemen were fantastic and explained the process well with what was needed to fix my ipad pro. I was not able to charge my ipad for some time. They were able to replace the battery and charge port. Unfortunately, my screen looks like it has warped paper under it when using procreate. They did mention an issue with the screen but I thought it had something to do with a small single pixel that has been out and was an issue stated by apple since I had gotten it and was never an issue. Unfortunately that was not the screen issue. It is not a problem until working on an art piece. Shows movies and everyday stuff fine. It may have very well been that way when I took it in from having charging issues.”

“I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”

“Dyson Animal was dropped off with the understanding it would take a week to fix. Was given two different price possibilities. Fortunately I phoned before picking up. The store had just gotten to fixing my vac that day. That is the only negative. They found a popsicle stick and cleaned out the entire vac. They also replaced two filters that had not ever been replaced. The day of pick up my son called to ensure they would be open an extra five minutes because we were on our way...”
