However, this place was quick, friendly, communicative (called me twice at normal times to update me on my repair timeline), and fairly priced (about 220 for a broken laptop screen). “Raju helped me out about two weeks ago. I’ve been very busy but absolutely had to leave a review for him. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, extremely generous and very courteous. I came in to have the back of my phone fixed and ended up leaving with a perfectly fixed phone, a brand new screen protector and he cleaned all the speakers and the charging port on my phone so now I can hear better and I don’t have any problems charging my phone anymore. “Dead PC, which getting power to the motherboard but the computer wouldn't power up. Asked to diagnose but not repair, as it was an old machine and a new computer would be less than repairs most likely. $60 fee.
They promised to call later that day or the next to tell me what they found initially. I had to call to check after not hearing back. They were ordering a new motherboard to test with. Good troubleshooting, but not what I asked, for a 12-year old machine.
I declined service, but will say they did seem to know what they were doing.”

When I called Jacob said he had one and I asked if they could hold it for me till my day off on Saturday and they did. When I got there Shakyra checked me in and said it would probably take two to three hours so I decided to go back home. Couldn't believe it when I got an email in about an hour that it was done. Very, very happy with their service! Recommend them highly! Be aware that if you get one of these notices from Google about your phone you need to check with the repair shop first to see if they have one and make an appointment!”

“I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”

“The gentlemen were fantastic and explained the process well with what was needed to fix my ipad pro. I was not able to charge my ipad for some time. They were able to replace the battery and charge port. Unfortunately, my screen looks like it has warped paper under it when using procreate. They did mention an issue with the screen but I thought it had something to do with a small single pixel that has been out and was an issue stated by apple since I had gotten it and was never an issue. Unfortunately that was not the screen issue. It is not a problem until working on an art piece. Shows movies and everyday stuff fine. It may have very well been that way when I took it in from having charging issues.”
