“I normally hate going to electronic repair places, and distrust the mall - stall ones even less. However, this place was quick, friendly, communicative (called me twice at normal times to update me on my repair timeline), and fairly priced (about 220 for a broken laptop screen). Karen in particular was fantastic and I will absolutely be coming back if I need electronics serviced again.”

His help relieved so much stress, and I’m incredibly grateful for his time, patience, and kindness. I would highly recommend Yoseph to anyone—he truly went the extra mile and deserves all the appreciation!”

“The staff/technician at the shop was friendly and fixed my digital camera issue immediately. Since I couldn't remove the battery pack by myself as it was stuck inside the camera, I was relieved that he could do so safely. The shop also kindly took the old lithium-ion battery. Thank you so much! I will be back if I encounter electronics issues in the future.”

“Raju helped me out about two weeks ago. I’ve been very busy but absolutely had to leave a review for him. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, extremely generous and very courteous. I came in to have the back of my phone fixed and ended up leaving with a perfectly fixed phone, a brand new screen protector and he cleaned all the speakers and the charging port on my phone so now I can hear better and I don’t have any problems charging my phone anymore. I am going to recommend all of my friends to this gentleman and I would highly recommend his services to anybody in need of phone repairs!! Thank you again Raju ??”

“Paul did a great job for us in assessing our VERY old Sony TV, and was honest and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem, and assessing the pros/cons of repairing or replacing - it ended up being an issue that wasn't repairable but we greatly appreciated the honest assessment (and quick response!). We were very glad to work with PWS and will consult with them again for any future issues. Thanks!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Best Technical Services! It was easy to coordinate the service with Diane, and Buck and Dave fixed my elliptical machine in about an hour. They were honest when it came down to an additional issue with my machine and did not try to take advantage in terms of the price. I am very pleased with the service, and grateful that I was able to get an accurate quote beforehand from Diane. Buck and Dave make for a funny duo! Overall, you can be sure to trust Best Technical Services for efficiency, honesty, and kindness.”

“My phone had been acting up since last night; the screen wasn't responding to touch. I went to church the next day with a heavy heart. After the service, I looked up the nearest Apple Store and went there. I had made an appointment, but they told me the screen needed replacing and quoted a price of $345. The Apple employee suggested I go to a third-party repair shop instead and recommended a specific place to me. It turned out to be very close by. There were a lot of customers, which gave me confidence in the shop. The price was also much lower than Apple's—around $160. I left my phone there and waited about 15 minutes. When I got it back and checked if it was working, something was wrong. It suddenly became extremely hot, and an emergency warning about overheating appeared on the screen. I took the phone straight back to the shop. The owner asked me to leave the phone again, so I waited another 15 minutes. He said the phone was overheating—indicating a problem other than just the screen—and offered a refund. I was furious; I got angry at him for breaking my phone. The owner, however, didn't get angry back; instead, he took the phone again to try and help me. While I waited, I was filled with worry and regret. The owner did his absolute best to diagnose the issue and finally found the cause. He replaced a part for free, and the phone stopped overheating. He installed a new screen and even applied a screen protector. I felt so grateful and apologetic. I couldn't believe there was still someone like this in the world. I was deeply thankful and touched by his kindness. Even if this phone breaks down again soon, I’ll be okay with it. I am so grateful for their kindness. This is a truly wonderful shop. I highly recommend it. Thank you 😊”

“I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”
