I am so thankful for Kim Sheffield! She is excellent at her job and extremely knowledgeable!! She was so helpful with assisting in the transition of various policies and making sure my needs were met. She is very attentive, prompt and ensured I had the right coverage to properly insure my assets. Kim has even helped me over a holiday and weekend with my emergent needs without hesitation. I highly recommend her, she is truly a pleasure to work with and more than just an insurance agent!! Kim is just a phenomenal person that genuinely cares about her clients not just business profits!!

Matt and his team have been great. He’s been our agent since we started with State Farm. His attention to your concerns and needs has been a breath of fresh air. He listens. Elisa has been great at communicating updates and doing account corrections when others have fallen short. They’re just a great team to work with and are very receptive.

My agent, Kimberly Sheffield was extremely helpful and quick. We were able to obtain three life insurance policies along with homeowners insurance for our new home. State farm has great pricing. My agent was able to work with me to meet my family's needs on our budget. I highly recommend State farm insurance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This agency is awful. I'm not sure where all those positive reviews are coming from, but my experience is beyond just bad. A few issues. Emails don't get answered right away, changes in insurance are not made in timely manner and as a result, I'm paying a higher rate for no reason. Very poor explanation of insurance plans, very archaic approach with no flexibility. I will stay away from this agency and stay away from State Farm going forward. P.S. My insurance was not cancelled in timely manner and they still charge my bank account for no reason. This twice before going to this agency. Service is not just poor, it's terrible.

Matt is awesome. We recently switched to him and he found that we had some incorrect insurance on one of our properties. They have a great package deal as we have our homes, investment properties, cars, boat, umbrella policies all with State Farm thru Matt. He is very responsive, has great rates and very trustworthy. He also helps many of my buyers with their home insurance when they are purchasing their home and often switch all their other insurance to him too.

I was promised a discount over 2 months ago. I had been following up multiple times and was told had been updated in the system. Then I get a cancellation notice that if I do not pay the amount (which was supposed to be the discount amount) my policy will be cancelled. This leaves me very anxious, nervous and stressed out. I’m still waiting for this office to correct the situation and provide me a relief.
