“We use this as urgent care for myself and my two kids. If we can we make an appointment ahead of time, and we’re always seen in a timely manner. They are able to draw blood for blood work and do x-rays right in the office, which is really convenient. Everyone is nice, polite, and helpful. We have been to most of the urgent care centers in this area and this one, despite being no-frills, is the best.”

“I was really worried at first because of a previous bad experience at another lab—they overcharged me since I don’t have insurance. As soon as I entered Quest Diagnostics, I asked about the cost of my lab tests. A very kind lady helped me right away and told me the price without hesitation. When I mentioned I was looking for something more affordable, she kindly suggested checking Ulta Lab Tests online for better prices.
I appreciated her honesty and left to discuss it with my husband. He found the Ulta Lab website and sent me the link. I tried to register while still outside, but the process was a bit confusing and I couldn’t figure it all out. Since I had already taken the day off from work, I decided to just go back inside and get the tests done.
I asked for the lady I spoke with earlier, but she was on break. Another very helpful staff member said she could assist me. I explained everything to her, and she offered to help me right then. To my surprise, she entered all my test information and offered me a much lower price than expected. I was even more surprised when she said everything would be done right there at the same location!
I’m so thankful to both of the ladies who helped me. They made what started as a stressful day into a smooth and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate their kindness and support.”

“I had a very pleasant and efficient service at this location with Stephanie (and a lady in training). I did go ahead and make an appointment vs walk-in, since an option was available near to a convenient time for me, and upon arrival, the kiosk check-in was extremely efficient. I was then checked in by Stephanie and seen immediately (I arrived 15 min before my appointment time). Stephanie took my order, took my blood, and sent me on my way. Idk how long results will take, but I'd return to this location again.”

“I had a traumatic experience years ago at a teaching facility when I got blood drawn so I was very anxious. I do have a vasovagal response and it can be super bad. Best. Draw. Ever. One poke. I didn’t even have a mark the next day. I have never felt so comfortable, seen, heard, and respected. This will be my go-to for my bloodwork from now on. It did not take more than a few minutes. She was very patient and normally people miss my veins but she did it in one go. “I read reviews before going to this Labcorp for my bloodwork and expected the worst since I was a walk-in. But I was taken in within three minutes.
Moreover, the phlebotomist was so lovely and caring (unfortunately, I didn't ask her name, but I'm giving her credit for being so nice). She even went to another lab to get the collection tubes we needed instead of canceling my order and sending me somewhere else.”

“Visited recently for lab work. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION and is co-located with Rose Wellness. This location is in Hunter Mill Plaza on the back side. In and out quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. No appointment necessary. If no receptionist, read the notes on the table and ring the bell; tech will be along shortly.”
“My co-workers and I had been exposed to COVID. Granted this location was offering rapid tests as we needed one to get cleared to return to work. It was hectic. Like most medical offices, this location was understaffed. Totally understandable. I have no complaints in regards to that. However, it was a little packed inside with everyone trying to check in and wait to get tested. I think we spent a little bit over an hour from check in time to getting our test done. The woman who did my test apologized for the wait and said that they were understaffed. I told her not to worry. The turn around results was 1-2 hours which is understandable as well. No complaints honestly just the crowd.”
“I absolutely love this location. The staff here is great. Yolanda is by far the best phlebotomist I have ever had! So has helped me so much over the years with my anxiety of needles to the point I feel like I have conquered my fear (which was due to a bad experience in the past). Ria, from NJ, actually took my blood on this visit, and she made me feel at ease. Usually, I would feel nervous with someone other than Yolanda, but the way she spoke to me, as if we were friends, I did not tense up. These two ladies deserve a raise! Their calming techniques were top-tier. I wouldn’t go to anyone else or any location. Highly recommend!”

“Fernwood bethesda Location: This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a blood draw center. The reception team was both caring and efficient—they kept everything moving smoothly while still making patients feel comfortable. One moment that really stood out was a receptionist taking the time to call a patient’s name in Chinese and genuinely wanting to get the pronunciation right. That level of thoughtfulness says a lot.
Magdalene handled my blood draw, and she was incredible—gentle, professional, and made the whole process as painless as it could possibly be. AND I received my results via email the next day!
I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location for all future labs. Highly recommend!”
