“I like Quest Diagnostic and I do not know if this is for all of the or my last visit so I will write on my last visit but I will say right know. Overall all of my par visit they have been great. My last visit at the Quest off of Anderson road at the Safeway store was bad because of the nurse. I know where my pick sites are on my body is and I showed her and she didn't hit the spot and she used a sweeping motion back and forth like she was looking for it and she kept on asking does that hurt and I said no and I said you not at the site and please remove it. Then she went to the other are and did the same thing and OMG I asked her do you know what your doing and she said are you drinking water. Then she found 1 butterfly needle which this is what I asked for in the first place. She drew from my hand. 3 jabs and when I walked out and people in the waiting room said wow you had 3 test Lol I said the nurse isn't good hope you have better luck.”

“I normally have a bad experience with blood tests but my lab test today at this location was wonderful! The lady drawing my blood, Carmen, was extremely sweet and she did a wonderful job. It did not take more than a few minutes. She was very patient and normally people miss my veins but she did it in one go. I will definitely be coming here for my future blood tests and I will be recommending this place to others.”

“I have been going to this lab for years. The negative reviews I read remind me of people who are rude themselves. As far as outdated Furniture who cares he's not a club or a bar. As far as waiting in line if they have walk-ins that's what you're going to experience. If you make an appointment they're going to take you when your time is of the appointment. That's also why they open at 6:30 a.m. so you can go and get your blood done quick before you go to work. Yes all places have a last appointment and that's usually 30 minutes before they close people that's for all the negativity goes maybe you should rethink your post before you put it out there. Because to be quite honest with you a lot of it's Petty and yes people do deal with people like you all day and it gets nerve-wracking when you act rude when you come in the door”

I needed specific bloodwork requiring a variety of blood draws over a period of 2 hours, and I was nervous that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me; however, the front desk staff were very knowledgeable and kind about my requirements. They informed the nurse performing the blood draw about the requirements and worked together to make sure everything went smoothly. In addition, I had called prior to my appointment to see if my 2hr testing was feasible, and the person speaking with me on the phone was also very kind and accommodating. I would certainly return to this location. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.”

“My co-workers and I had been exposed to COVID. Granted this location was offering rapid tests as we needed one to get cleared to return to work. It was hectic. Like most medical offices, this location was understaffed. Totally understandable. I have no complaints in regards to that. However, it was a little packed inside with everyone trying to check in and wait to get tested. I think we spent a little bit over an hour from check in time to getting our test done. The woman who did my test apologized for the wait and said that they were understaffed. I told her not to worry. The turn around results was 1-2 hours which is understandable as well. No complaints honestly just the crowd.”
