“A big thank you to Leighann who trained our 8 month mixed rescue, Remy, over a three week day program. We had been through another local dog training class with minimal improvement. Leighann was knowledgeable, patient and light-hearted as she guided both Remy (and us humans) in proper leash walking, sit, down, stay and come commands. Remy's behavior has improved dramatically with her skilled instruction. From the first week, we saw how excited Remy was to see Leighann each day which is a testament to her love of dogs and her style of training. We know how to advocate for Remy and while he is still growing and learning; he is a confident, well-mannered, happy pup. One that our friends and family enjoyed being with over the holidays.”

“So my Aspengirl and I have a regular habit of walking down here Friday afternoons and getting her a treat. While their treat assortment is always amazing - and staff are always so loving to my 50/50 girl (half the time she's nice to other dogs in the store, half the time she's not havin' it) - our favorite experience is how they helped fit her recently for a new sweater. Between how kind they were to her as they measured her, showed me how to get her into and out of her sweater, and kept me posted on when the right size would be coming in, it was an all around fantastic experience. And my little girl looks beautiful in her new sweater - and she loves putting it on now! (She hates every other sweater I've gotten her)”

“They're a smaller version of petco, so the selection isn't as great, still impressive given the size. They stock taste of the wild pacific stream - puppy (and the regular), which is the only dry food I can find that is specifically for puppies and doesn't contain chicken (my puppy is allergic). It's the only place around I know that stocks it. They didn't used to. They were touting a dog food program when I casually mentioned my puppy's needs as I declined and a few weeks later it was mysteriously stocked. I don't know if the events are connected, I do know it's convenient to have a physical place to buy chicken-free healthy puppy food without too many additives. Especially now that my puppy is larger and eats so much.They also carry frozen dog meals that don't contain chicken, which is surprisingly difficult to find. Their canned selection is more limited than I'd like; my puppy won't eat the same protein two days in a row and won't eat pate. However, they stock her two favorite Merrick flavors so I can get through the week if I can't get to a bigger shop for a few cans of Arcana or something.There's always a good selection on the clearance rack. The self wash always looks clean and in good repair, though I've never used it. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Management must be doing a great job.”

We bought a suet feeder and a few blocks. Took about 4 days, but now we have a regular gathering in the morning (no squirrels).”

The crowd, vendors and workers were enthusiastic and energetic.All health protocols were followed. “This is a really good place for self-service dog wash. They have 6 tubs in the self-service wash area, and they can accommodate really large dogs. They provide shampoo, towels, dryers, washing and deshedding brushes, ear cleaner, and doggy cologne. They also have full service grooming rooms, but I have never used that service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the staff. Some staff are super polite and professional, and others lack customer service skills completely.”

I've been particularly impressed by and am thankful for Dunkin's Dad who has helped me on numerous occasions. He helps me find the cat food I need and if it is not on the shelves will find it in the back. He has offered to carry heavy litter products to my car. He is kind and thoughtful and I so appreciate him.”

“Excellent selection of craft beer and good wine selection as well. Shop is local, convenient and crowded with selection. Stopped in for beer and left with 3 six packs of local craft beer I had not yet tried and a Belgian as well. Throw in a pretty good bottle of wine and I was set. “Are whispering Whippets, gregarious Greyhounds, desperate Dalmatians, and stealthy Shih Tzus suddenly walking their owners? Are German Shepherd/Rottweiler mixes, such as our own twelve-year-old Harley, hypnotizing us to get us to purchase more of Barbie's Doggie Bakery's decadent chicken and cheese empanadas, savory Bark'n Bacon mini-muffins, or bone-shaped blueberry pastries? Nothing of the kind! This is not a canine dystopia! We simply love our dogs, and, for us, there is no greater sign of that love than supplying her with all of the reasonably-priced, home-baked treats that we can muster on a semi-regular basis, weekly on Saturdays in season from 8:00-1:00 at the Paint Branch Farmer's Market. And, if that weren't enough, the owner/chef arranges local purchases in person out of season and ships.”

“Love them! Going there for over 3 years. There is a little nice dog in the front named Leo meet and greet you when you walk in. Tons of fun toys and goodies for your pup. Unlike other places, they don’t put your dog in a crate after they finish their grooming, which is really important to me! They are very fast, I live in dc and I referred them to two of my neighbors and now we all drive to VA from DC for our doggie grooming sessions!”
