“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email.
Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing.
How is THAT for service?
We have referred many friends and neighbors to Preffered and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough good things about them.”
“County Transmission was referred to us by a friend. My wife has a 69 Camaro that has been sitting because of transmission problems. County rebuilt the 700R4 transmission and took great care of the car. We took it to its first car show in over 9 months, it shifted amazingly. The service, communication, and outstanding care was superb. They went above and beyond and will definately get our service, if needed for any of our other vehicles. If you are having transmission problems County Transmission the place to go!”

“I went to several auto shops after I failed my emissions and they all wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I put it off for years because I didn’t think I could afford it and kept getting the run around from bad shop owners. Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. He is the first honest repairmen I have found since I moved back to this area. Because of his honesty, I was able to afford some more work. “I had put on brakes and rotors by myself and still had vibrations when braking hard and suspected a rotor problem even though they were new. I brought it to J&F to have them check if it was the rotor and they confirmed that the rotor was the issue. I was going to return the rotor to where I bought it but they said they might be able to file down the high spot so I said give it a go. The filing down improved it but did not fix it, so I said I'll just pick it up. They said it would be no charge since they said they weren't able to fix it. I said let me pay you since you spent time to diagnose and attempt to fix it and they said no, we'll see you next time - what a wonderful business experience!”
“there are no more stats, MB Automotive Service should have more than 5 stars, my history; I was dealing with an issue with my MB C300 for months dealer make me spend a ton of money replacing parts and the car back to the same issue again. in my desperation I searched for a mechanic or electrical chop, I found MB Auto Service, and I started to read the reviews, I called, Mr. AMEL resolve my issue in 2 days !!!! believe me 2 das he was above and beyond, a lot of experience, very nice person takes the time for explain me everything with details. hope this review help people who is in a frustration, dealing with their cards problem, I TRULY recommend MB Auto Service.”

“This is the best repair shop. I cant say enough Zack and AJ. They went over and above to get our car fixed. We broke down 8 hours from home with power steering trouble. They took my car right in and had to get a part that was 2 hours away. They gave us a loaner and told us to go out for a few hours. On our way back I was informed they received the wrong part and they couldn't locate one anywhere. I was beside myself. We had 3 hours to our destination and I had no car. Zack told us to rent a car and finish our trip and let them worry the car. He even got us an Uber to go get a rental. Dont know how they did it but they got the part. We drove back to the shop and in a short time we were on the road home. Thank you AJ and Zack for everything you did for us.”

He’s a friendly, honest and a good service advisor, hard to find nowadays. The facility is neat and clean, and there’s WiFi in the waiting room, coffee.
