Managed to get there while it was quiet and empty, and somehow my colleague and I still had to wait 10 minutes to get helped. Was told we needed a bubble mailer for the packages, only to find out we didn't actually need it but got charged for it anyway. Not the best experience but also not the worst.

Sometimes the post office lady is mean to me when I ask dumb questions, but jokes on her, I like when women are mean to me, so 4 stars ( -1 star for never having tape)

Went in for our son’s passport application and the process was quick and easy. Marie and Sema were super helpful and made everything smooth. Really appreciate their great customer service!
