“This store absolutely does what they say they will do. I purchased a patio set with a 10 year warranty. After 9 years, 3 of the chairs were having issues (bolts were working loose). When I called to see if I could bring them up for them to look at, they came and picked up the chairs and they reminded me that I had a 10 year warranty, and they ordered 3 new identical chairs. Plus... they delivered them to me. They couldn’t have been any nicer or more courteous. I’m saving up for a big green egg, and I will purchase from Al Fresco In Abingdon ?”
“Professional sales staff to help with any decor inside or outside! Beautiful store and excellent prices with a helpful not pushy staff. You can tell this is family owned as everyone there treats you like family!!??”
“The staff was very professional! Let me say that again, so you can make sure you read that right….THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL!… Mandy….you adorable little lady…You were awesome!!! Great CSR skills! ? Looking forward to doing business with you all. This store is the largest, and very well kept clean, with the nicest selection of furniture that I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for what you do,and what you did for me!”
“My favorite furniture store. Lots of unique, high quality furniture in a really cool building (an old, former elementary school). My mom would bring me with her when I was a child (still have the bed she bought me), and I continue to shop here to this day. One particular brand I love that they carry are the handmade couches and chairs by Masterfield from NC. I love the Amish stuff they carry too. The quality and the craftsmanship of the furniture they carry is hard to find these days especially in this day and age when most people just want the cheapest thing possible. I personally prefer high quality furniture that may cost a little more up front but will last a life time. They also offer delivery and the people who work there and own the place are very kind, friendly, and helpful!”
