“So happy this shop is here! They have TONS of cabinet/door/lock/handle accessories and hardware. Every one there is very nice and attentive. I brought an old door knob which I had lost the key for. I came to Anthony's because of his great reputation and I prefer to shop local at smaller businesses. He had 2 keys made, either from that lock or a re-key, while I waited and looked at cabinet fixtures and harware. So many nice unusual designs you don't see in big box harware stores! Fast service and very reasonably priced. Thank so much!”

“Tanker here. If you are getting loaded prepare for 4 to 5hrs of loading. The main reason for this is asphalt truck unloads with you at the same time and there is only 1 operator here. So they have to keep shutting you down so he can mix a asphalt bag. People are nice and they let you inside to use their restooms if you need to.. You can overnight park here as well. During the day it's busy so keep that in mind for your arrival time.”

“Jerry and his team were quick to respond and provide a quote to lay our basement flooring. The team then came out within 2 days and completed the entire project in a day’s time. I appreciated their cleanliness, willingness to talk through options on layout/trim/finishes, and attention to detail. The change from our old flooring is night and day, and Jerry followed up to make sure we were 100% happy with the results.”

“Alex Frank has given his time, expertise, creativity, and willingness to explore replacement window configurations for our 1990's master bathroom, which has a picture window in the outside-facing shower wall (what was the builder thinking?). His patience and insistence on attention to detail has helped us design a perfect window, with outstanding privacy features AND upscale appearance. He is cost-conscious ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER -- so important for trust! I am not a social media geek and rarely post anything, but I want to encourage people to call him at Alside. Alex finds excellent solutions for a difficult window design problems.”

“I recently found this company on a small job we had in downtown Richmond and needed fittings in a hurry. I was a walk in and needed several swagelok fittings and a tube cutter. The lady that helped me was very nice, gave me a bit of needed training on tightening, ran the part down and and sold me a very nice, heavy duty tube cutter, which they also had in stock. i just cant say enough about how easy it was to do business with them, and I was very happy. I will continue to use them, and do not mind paying extra to get that kind of service.”

“I waited for 2 hours past my appointment time. This place is overloaded with tasks. Unfortunately, their priority is shipping out materials, not receiving them. But the people clearly work hard, and the warehouse manager apologized twice for the delay. That’s why I’ll give this place 4 stars instead of one, as I originally planned.”
