I started going there to walk the indoor track but now I also attend the Silver Sneakers classes too. They have treadmills, elliptical, weights etc. Jazzersize classes for an extra fee.

Great gym & inside walking or running track when the weather is too cold or too hot! Only $20 month or $50 for 3 months, they have all of the gym equipment you need on top of the track!! Never crowded! Love it!
