“Joined PF in 2023 and still a member. The gym offers something for everyone. The location is big offering a variety of machines to choose from. I enjoy the 30 min workout area because you can get in and out without spending hours in the gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer different memberships and the black card membership gives you access to the black card spa (hydromassage & tanning). There are plenty of lockers to choose from, the locker rooms are well kept. Parking can get busy but there's plenty of spaces.”

“Coach Ed and the other coaches truly increase the players basketball IQ. He took 10 middle school girls trained them and they took The championship game at Bon Air this week. This game was so entertaining the girls played with a level of intelligence that was astonishing. I never saw a group play soooo smart. Coach Ed really motivates the players.”

“I really love the casual relaxed energy of this place. It seems clean and not overcrowded. I love that they have yoga classes. I love that it is spacious inside. I love that there is a pool. I love that there is a second floor that overlooks the first floor. On the second floor... The One TV had grafic murder crime shows on both days I went. I talked to the front desk woman and she didn't want to do anything. I found that disturbing that... crime murders with hots of the dead body were allowed while we are exercising. They need to show movies instead. Both times were around 8 ish? in eve.”

“I don't know were to start. But i have been coming to the gym for 3 years now. And there has been a situation about Daycare and how they are expanding it. I've briefly heard about it. And i have to say that I'm disgusted with those members at the gym, for the way they are treating management. Were is your respect for others? Why is everyone so immature! The things i have witnessed as I come and go out of the gym has been TERRIBLE! You people that have given management hell. SHAME ON YOU! Yes i bring my kids there and when i heard about it. I did not freak out. I tried to find a solution. So I could not hold back anymore , I'm sorry if anyone's offended, but grow up please! I have loved coming to this gym it has been so convenient.Thank youSteve”
