They delay your entire account and blame it all on you....impossible to get in touch with the accountant! There are only two middle eastern guys working here...both are extremely rude and unfprofessional! They are not even CPA certified but will charge you like they are some hot shot firm! Only if you give them enough business they take care of you but if you are some small business they could care less for your business. They filed ALL our sales taxes LATE so we ended up paying penalties and interests because they were too "busy" to check their emails. I have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life! DON'T GO TO THEM! With the type of money they charge...horrible service!
