Harbor Freight Tools is America's #1 Tool Store with an unmatched assortment of quality tools at an unbeatable value. The Mechanicsville location was great, very clean and organized with plenty of stock. Staff was very friendly and the manager was right up front to help. Prices are great, often far lower than other stores. However, some things were not available and prices are creeping up while quality isn't. Some staff training on soft skills may be needed. Despite this, it is a new go-to for many projects and customers report they will definitely return.
