not happy at all with this store I was told the tire Sensor I bought You're supposed to re learn itself and that's why I paid the extra money $50 for This part But I was talk Into buying it But after I bought it I had it installed And it cost me $50 more for insulation And after that the sensor was defective and not working It would not relearn itself like the box said false advertisement So then I had to pay to get another one put on plus my gas and riding around trying to get help and now I'm out of $50 insulation charge and my gas which I'm still not receiving any help I do not trust Napa and Scott the manger said he call me back to make it right that never happened after i called several times they do tell stories to get you buy there junk and their parts do think that you can't believe what you read these days and plus gas is not cheap driving a big truck

The team inside this store just lost my business.This was the 3rd time going and walking out disappointed. From sales, customer service, and now warranty when incorrectly referencing parts. For the lost of time and money, Beware the Napa on 360, old mechanicsville.

Ordered a 2 pack of bulbs in store using the part number from the website and the employee verified the item with me before placing the order. The employee that placed the order was great, polite, and helpful. When it was time to pick up the item, I was told that the item was a 1 pack and that I had to buy two, at the price of two, even though the website clearly stated that it was a 2 pack. After that, I tried to leave a review on the website stating that it was a 1 pack and it ended up getting rejected due to terms violations. With all of that said, I struggle dealing with a company with dishonesty and screening product reviews to make them look better. Just be careful dealing with NAPA. I believe that my issue is more of NAPA as a company, and not this specific store.

Upon special ordering a brake caliper and prepaying for the part , as well as shipping, we waited for our part. Once the part came in, it was not correct. They offered to reorder and we agreed to wait for the replacement. The second part came in the same as the first, incorrect. I suggested that perhaps the manufacture had the sides reversed and they agreed to reorder the opposite side. The part came in and this time it was correct. I sent an employee down for the 3rd time to pick it up and he returned empty handed and proceeded to tell me they would not release the part to him until we paid the additional frieght..... So I called the store and asked for the young lady that had helped me. She was VERY rude and told me she was NOT going to eat the shipping on the additional parts. If we wanted the part we had to pay. After asking her twice why I should be liable for them sending the incorrect part, she HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and asked if she had indeed hung up on me and she said yes and that a manager was not available. After speaking to another employee who said the manager was on site, she returned to the phone to state he was not there and would get him to call me. It has been several hours with no call, go figure. What an absolute disgusting way to treat your customers. Filing a report with corporate and hoping to hear back.

My experience was overall great. Coleman was the gentleman that helped me. I brought wiperblades and he was able to figure out how to put them on. Me not so much. He did it without the instructions.

Save yourself the hassle, go to Autozone or advanced auto parts. Worst customer service ever. They could care less. 4 different employees hung up on me when I called to check on the status of an order, then they stopped answering phone. What a joke.
