“Dan was manning the counter and did such a wonderful job! There was a line that just kept growing and growing but Dan treated each customer as if they were the only ones there…ensuring that all needs were met and going above and beyond to help! Dan also greeted each customer and multitasked like a mad person! Even though each transaction took a hot minute to complete, watching how Dan juggled all things and the customer service that was exuded made the experience less painful!”

“I needed to return an item to Walmart and decided to use FedEx as it was the closest return site to me. There was a person being helped by the associate and another person behind him. The associate greeted me when I entered and said she’d be with me shortly. She wrapped up with the first person, handled the second person and then addressed my return. She was efficient, friendly, and focused. I’ll definitely use FedEx ShipSite again for returns.”

“I have visited this drop off location and never experienced but excellent customer service. The Staff have patience and they don’t rush you. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Claissa, please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong. I was the lady that had my due date for the 15th.
