Customer service was horrible got in line and the cashier James was nice friendly and pleasant with the customer in front of me so when it was my turn no greeting no nothing he was rude half way wanted to put items in bags kept having to ask him he didn’t even want to look at us if I could give no stars I would James should not working with public if he doesn’t like people of color

Tried calling multiple times to get questions answered before driving all the way over there and no matter which department as well as customer service prompt through the automated system I tried nobody answered, not 1st Target or 1st time this has happened and I've yet to speak to live person. Do they not want peoples business? SO FRUSTRATING

This place has gone downhill fast since they limited self-checkout to 10 items or less and only have one register open at a time. And they wonder why more people are shopping online! Y'all got too much competition from Amazon to be acting like this!

Self checkout is now limited to 10 items. Full checkout had over 10 carts with only one lane open. I removed 8 items( over $100 worth) and apologetically left on a random shelf so I could get in self check out. I refused to be penalized for wanting to buy too much!

The health and beauty section needs some TLC, aisles were messy and disorganized. Had trouble finding what I wanted, and how much they cost.

ONLY 1 REGISTER OPEN SNACK BAR WAS CLOSED STORE HAD FEW EMPLYEES AND WAS DIRTY AND UNSTOCKED. I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THE TARGET STORES!
