“There's only one place I'll take my vehicles to for a basic oil change or repair and that's Old Church tire & Service. Mark and this team are fair and honest.
My check engine light came on. I ask them to check it out and give the vehicle a general tune-up inspection. I was going to be out of town for a week so I just dropped it off and ask them to get to when they could. They found the problem and fixed it. I don't know a lot about cars but I know when I'm getting screwed. That's not something I have to worry about with these guys. The fixed the problem. I asked if there was any issues with my brakes or belts, etc. and they said there weren't any. My rear brakes were fine and my front brakes weren't worrisome enough yet. That's honest. Another place could've told me all sorts of stuff.
My bill was lower than expected and one I don't mind paying. I've been a customer for three years. No reason to go anywhere else.”

The last two times I've been there for service, they could have very easily added additional parts and service to the order and I'd still have been happy, but they don't do that. Prices are very reasonable, but the customer experience is second to none. Trust these guys with your car or truck!”

“As a former automotive tech: I haven’t seen, experienced, or sensed anything shady from these guys at all.
I do most of my own work, but things like tires aren’t worth doing on my own and I can’t do my own state inspections (but I as a formerly licensed inspector I do know whether they should pass or not). I’ve also sent friends and family here and haven’t heard of anything negative.
These guys remind me of the last shop I worked at; busy, interested in providing good service at a reasonable price, and otherwise appear to be running an honest business. No complaints.”

I brought my Tacoma in for work that we determined Toyota had misdiagnosed and Todd’s team kept after it and discovered the issue and fixed several other problems that were found on my vehicle. “I’ve used them for a couple of years now but what really earned them the five stars is when my tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed there in the middle of the night. The next day it was musical-cars for me. Nothing. Went as planned except for Discount Tires. They were efficient, friendly, and communicative. However, what surprised me was they didn’t charge me anything. I thought it was a mistake. I told them this isn’t a car we’ve ever brought in (new car - we’ve brought in others). They told me that they don’t charge for a simple flat. Now, I don’t know if that’s because they know I’m a customer or if they do that for everyone. Either way, it definitely sets the right tone and keeps me as a satisfied customer.”

“Great! Dropped off a wheel combo to get a leaky valve replaced on the wifes car. They changed it and were able to do the tire change for my wife later that day when she was driving by and even put the spare back in the carrier. Very much appreciated!”
“I called Saturday morning May 16 with a flat tire because a nail had gone through a sidewall. I Called the store spoke with Xavier. He was able to have the cooper brand tire i needed shipped to the store since it was not in stock and installed on my wheel before 1 PM so I was back on the road. Cannot thank Xavier and his team enough for their efforts.”

“The nicest people , I recently took my car to them after a failing relationship with my regular mechanic of years. They serviced it once and weeks later it was having the same issue - as soon as I called they had me stop driving it. Met me with a loaner car and didn’t charge me again for ANYTHING even though it was something entirely different than we thought. The service manager called and updated me along the way of every detail and ensured me they would get it taken care of. They are top notch and offer rides, pick ups , and complimentary nice clean and well maintained loaner cars as part of service. That was a huge help and eliminated the stress of going without your vehicle. Jacki is wonderful too work with & I have found my new shop going forward. Thank you again !”
