“There is a system to follow and it is pretty easy. Also you will save money by coming to Costco. I paid less than a third what this other place has quoted me.My four tires failed at State Inspection, they charge over $3,200 for parts and labor. My husband and I came to the Costco Tire Center and thinking that we could drop my car off, it turned out that they do not take any cars over night any more. I paid less than $1,000 for top of the line Michelin tires. I was told that they will call me when the tires are in and I can drop my car off early in the morning. My tires arrived the next day. However, you need to bring your car in EARLY IN THE MORNING. They open at 8 AM, I got there at 8:10 AM and I was the 8th car. They only take 20 cars each day. You can also make an appointment, which will be in two weeks and I didn’t want to wait. By noon my tires were ready. As long as you follow the process, it is simple and will save you lots money.1. Pick out your tires, and pay2. Wait for their call to let you know that your tires are in3. Drop your car off when they are open”
