“A very cool & iconic Five Below opening in Mechanicsville, VA and I was pleasantly surprised. So many products at affordable prices is a blessing in this day and age. A great place to get a birthday gift for your family/friends and/or pick up some of your favorite staples (ibuprofen, headphones, cleaning supplies, etc.). With great customer service and so much diversity, Five Below is definitely a godsend the Mechanicsville area. Bravo, Five Below, bravo!!!”
“We were visiting from NY, and these guys were the highlight of our trip up! Respectful, knowledgeable and so kind! They answered all our questions, and had an AMAZING stock of Lego kits! If you or a loved one needs Lego, this is absolutely the best place to go for a fair price even on some older sets! Drop by if you're in the area, even just to look at some of the original Lego boxes they have hanging in the store :)”

“As a thriller and romance author, I always enjoy visiting bookstores while traveling, and Barnes & Noble is a great location.
The store has a clean, well-thought-out design that makes it easy to browse and spend time exploring different sections. The music section and audiobook area are especially nice additions, giving the store a broader media feel beyond just books.
There’s also a comfortable café area, which makes it easy to sit down with a drink and take a break while browsing.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere.
Overall it’s a well-designed Barnes & Noble with a strong selection and a great place to spend some time.”

“a neat little store tucked away in a small shopping center. Man, did they have a lot of good stuff. I was tempted to buy a blind bag for the first time in I-can’t-remember-how-long, and was rewarded a juicy collection of five early ‘90s titles and a dopamine hit that carried me through the next week. Even ghostly Madame Compulsionne trailed her ruby nails through my hair and temptingly whispered, “Maybe collect the whole run?”
Oof. Yes. I resisted, but I was surprised to feel that old, familiar tug. I even posted a “haul” post to social media.
