“I loved visiting this store, walked out with over 500$ in Lego for our collection. Built the Attack on the Burrow and I'm more pleased than I can ever say! I have been wanting this set for so long and I finally found it! We will be coming back often... great store, great prices and the owners are a delight!”

“What an incredible plast from the past! I enjoyed just walking around and seeing everything they have. GI Joe, Lego, He-Man, games, Star Wars, and everything else you can imagine. I got lucky once and found a Lego set I always wanted and so I stop by every time I am in town to see if I can find another magical find. If you are in town, swing by for nostalgia and maybe something you always wanted!”

“I visited for TTRPG Day but found lots of comics and D&D supplies. Staff were very helpful. I will be back. It is tucked away in a row of shops but gps took me right there and there are 2 entrances to parking, so easy to get in and out. I'm happy to have discovered. :)”

“Such a unique and wonderful selection of toys! I found something cool for both of my kids plus a friend age range baby toys to toddler toys to toys for elementary-aged kids. They obviously put a lot of thought into toys that are engaging, organic and high-quality. Great place to pick up birthday gifts or something special for kids in Richmond!”

“I absolutely love this Barnes & Noble! The store is always beautifully organized, clean, and has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. Their selection is incredible—whether I'm looking for the latest bestseller, a niche hobby book, or a gift, I can always find it here. The staff members are incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly passionate about books, always offering great recommendations when asked. Plus, having the in-store café makes it the perfect place to grab a coffee and spend a relaxing afternoon browsing. It's hands-down my favorite place to shop for books!”

“What an amazing store! This was our first time visiting from VA Beach. Allison went above and beyond and definitely made my daughter’s dreams come true! All the employees were so friendly and accommodating and you can find real jelly cat and nee dog at exact value They do not price gauge these products. Truly hands down wonderful place with cool finds and wonderful people. I highly recommend for kids and big kids. 😃”

“One of my sons is completely obsessed with LEGO, so visiting the LEGO Store is always a must for us. This location is pretty small, and a lot of the display pieces were missing or out of stock, which took away some of the usual excitement. The staff were definitely attentive — actually too attentive. Every single employee asked if they could help me, even though I was just quietly waiting while my family made their selections. After the fifth “Can I help you?” it got a little annoying. We’ll still come back, but mainly because it’s the only LEGO Store in the area. My son loves it regardless, but as a parent just browsing, it’s not the most relaxing stop.”

“Top class store. Used them for flags for my wedding. Awesome job they did. Can I laugh at the idiot who said they don’t open on time? Sometimes you just have to shake your head and say get a life dud. Store is Awesome A+++”

“Quentin was fantastic, beyond exceptional in his treatment and care with customers, adults and children. His dedication and kindness to providing excellent, unmatched customer service was a marvel to witness. He is a very special person that this world needs more of and should be rewarded for the light he brings to this store. 10 out of 5!!!!”

“I think I've only walked out once without a book, but that was because I couldn't make up my own mind. Anyways, I do usually find what I'm looking for, sometimes I'm super specific so it can be a needle in a haystack type of thing, and plenty of things I wasn't looking for. Staff is friendly enough if I ask for something.”

“Ollie's offers a wide selection of household, auto, OTC items as well as gardening supplies at hugely discounted prices. While the store is not as organized as one might like, staffing may be the problem as there is inventory waiting to be shelved throughout the store. Ollie's is a good place to check out before paying retail thus saving the buyer more than pocket change”

“Would be 5 stars but y'all got people ransacking the place, it's whether or not y'all worked the numbers to hire enough staff to keep the place tidy and easy to shop, versus having to pay that help... Obviously not worth it, but it could be my fave 5-Below, if only for that.”

“I got some good deals on HART tools. The batteries are hard to get so beware. However, its a great place to buy low priced snacks. Especially with a teenager who eats way more than ever!!”
