They obviously put a lot of thought into toys that are engaging, organic and high-quality. Great place to pick up birthday gifts or something special for kids in Richmond!”

“One of my sons is completely obsessed with LEGO, so visiting the LEGO Store is always a must for us. This location is pretty small, and a lot of the display pieces were missing or out of stock, which took away some of the usual excitement.
The staff were definitely attentive — actually too attentive. Every single employee asked if they could help me, even though I was just quietly waiting while my family made their selections. After the fifth “Can I help you?” it got a little annoying.
We’ll still come back, but mainly because it’s the only LEGO Store in the area. My son loves it regardless, but as a parent just browsing, it’s not the most relaxing stop.”
“What an amazing store! This was our first time visiting from VA Beach. Allison went above and beyond and definitely made my daughter’s dreams come true! All the employees were so friendly and accommodating and you can find real jelly cat and nee dog at exact value

“My partner and I had an absolute blast here. All of the staff members were super helpful and friendly, as it was our first time at a Build-A-Bear. I got to build a cool little Capybara, and my partner got to build an Axolotl with a lovely little dress. This was a lovely introduction to the experience, and we will most certainly return for more stuffed animals. Would reccomend.”
“I think I've only walked out once without a book, but that was because I couldn't make up my own mind. Anyways, I do usually find what I'm looking for, sometimes I'm super specific so it can be a needle in a haystack type of thing, and plenty of things I wasn't looking for. Staff is friendly enough if I ask for something.”
“It’s a bargain outlet so it’s a bit of a hodgepodge of items. I thought they had a great holiday section and tons of deals. They have a large book section with tons of kids books, which I will go back for.”

“Would be 5 stars but y'all got people ransacking the place, it's whether or not y'all worked the numbers to hire enough staff to keep the place tidy and easy to shop, versus having to pay that help... Obviously not worth it, but it could be my fave 5-Below, if only for that.”

“We were visiting from NY, and these guys were the highlight of our trip up! Respectful, knowledgeable and so kind! They answered all our questions, and had an AMAZING stock of Lego kits! If you or a loved one needs Lego, this is absolutely the best place to go for a fair price even on some older sets! Drop by if you're in the area, even just to look at some of the original Lego boxes they have hanging in the store :)”
